Ashlin just giggled, making a mental note to ask about Elizabteh, rum and beaches later. She did a couple cartwheels over the deck and flipped herself over the side of teh rail and into the boat with Jack and Ria.
"Grumpy sort, that one is," she said with a nod Elizabeth's way.
Will sighed and shook his head. He put a comforting hand on Elizabeth's shoulder, ignoring the sting of Jacks' refences to the night he and Elizabeth had spent alone together...even if nothign had happened recent events made such refrences uncomfortable.
"Well at least we're not in their boat," he said trying to make her feel better. With Gibbs, Jack, Ria and Ashes in teh first boat, that ment he and Elizabeth must take the other one.

Elizabeth looked to the two who were manning the boat... she frowned upon seeing Ragetti and Pintel.
"Wonderful..." the woman whispered with a sigh, climbing into the other row boat.
Of course, seconds later, Marty joined them as well.
Jack looked to Ashes, "You've no idea, mate. You shoulda seen 'er when we first met. Uptight sort."

"She was uptight then?" Ashlin asked incrediously, "Bleeding hamsters, she's more looser now?"
She grabbed and oar, "So then, Capt'n, shall we cast off?"

Will wasn't particularly pleased with teh boat arrangments either, but with Elizabeth so stressed, it was certainly betetr than Jack and the cabin boy.

Marty looked from Elizabeth to Will, "Don't be worryin'." te tiny pirate spoke. "Tha Cap'n's jus' outta sorts wi' that Rhiannon 'round."
"More like Jack's up to his old tricks again." Elizabeth put in as Ragetti and Pintel cast off from the side of the Pearl and began to row upstream.
"Aye!" Jack said with a nod, "Cast off! Upstream then!"

Ashlin kicked off from teh boat and started to row, her small arms working furiously to row the boat with three other people in it upstream.
"When is he not?" Will said quietly to Elizabeth.

Elizabeth sighed, "Oh, I don't know. He did come back to the Pearl when the Kraken attacked... that was certainly against his usual self."

Rhiannon only smirked, chuckling. She began rowing, her arms sleekly toned, her pace good.
She'd been practicing a lot----and two years was a lot of time to practice. Her eyes settled on Jack, the mischievious fire neverending. "Just tell me if we turn." she smiled.

"Turn?" Jack asked. "Nonsense. We just go up the river, straight up the river, lass."

Elizabeth nodded, her eyes on the scenery around them as their boat moved past the bay and into the river itself. "Yes... I thought he was just acting strange because of that female pirate, or the new cabin boy... Maybe he's more worried than he lets on..." her eyes turned to the man at her side. "Are you worried about the future, Will?"

"A little,' Will confessed. It wasn't entirely true. He was very worried. Worried abotu Davy Jones, owrried about his father, worried about the warrent over both his and Elizabeth's heads, worried about where Elizabeth's heart truly lay...

Elizabeth smiled, "You always seem composed." she answered. "Even when you were arrested, and when you were at the point of Norrington's sword while saving Jack." she shook her head slightly, her eyes gazing off into the surrounding forest that was quickly becoming the scene of a bayou. "You're always so... You never seem to worry, though I know you do."

Will smiled a bit, "Yes, I suppose. I don't know how I do it, Elizabeth."
Myabe I had good practice keeping how fond I was of you a secret he thought softly, though he dared not say so aloud, not with things as they were.

Elizabeth smiled, "When I was in jail and you were telling me about going to find Jack... I put all of my faith in you. Especially when you talked back to my father." she laughed slightly. "I wondered afterward, if you were angrier than you seemed at the notion that my father was placing no trust in you whatsoever."
