Looking to Ellia with a shrug, Charles replies "And if we had what tells you we would have done anything other than wierd them out? The seishi was kinda disturbed by what is going on, and his friend was ready to beat us to a pulp."
Despite the apathy in his words, Charles is forced to wonder if he should have pressed more. Maybe he was just too wimpy as Ellia was too pushy? That thought begins to bounce around more and more often in his mind. Each time is less pleasant than the last.

She turns to shoot him a glare. "Fool," she says bitterly, her words nearly dripping with a surpressed anger, one she wished to release upon him, but could not. "The more they see you, and me, and are near to our lifeforce, the more chance there is of the seishi remembering his past. Not to mention that there were two seishi upon that train."

Nakago "A few of your...Well...our I guess..though there is a difference in each of you and me...companions are there. I shoudl say the sooner they are befreinded, the better." ::He then finished turning himslef toward the bench and street light. He would lead, and she would surely follow. He approached in as non-menacing a manner as one of his stature and countenance could, and then with a light bow:: "I believe I owe you an apology..." Jun'ko tilted her head slightly as he tried to explain the situation. She turned as well when he was finished and listened to Kigen and the other two talk. Kigen seemed to be trying to calm the other two down and explain what he had told Jun'ko to them. Jun'ko shivered. She clutched her shoulders and kicked a pebble by her shoe. She began wishing that she had worn something different, something prettier. Something not so goth looking. She rubbed the dark lipstick off of her lips and tried to listen to the conversation.

Nakago "My first encounter with ::motioning:: her...did not go well...as I was in a state of confusion. It's not every day you are thrust from Immortality to Mortality...have youself cut of from everything you once knew...and have your power seemingly stripped away."
::No matter how good or bad he was at acting, that much would give him a good footing because it was all but true. He was never truly immortal...but the next best thing. Come to think of it...if others ocould see some of the bouts between him and the Suzaku Girl...they might easily think that it was events of the God's themselves fighting:: "Ah~" Ryu said with a monotone mock understanding, "And we of Seiryuu's blessing have taken your power?" He raised his voice a little, enough for Jun'ko to hear, "That is your justification for dishonoring Seiryuu Seikun's honorable name? And lying to that child?"

Turning to face Ellia with a glare to match her own, Charles lets his frustration get the better of him. Rather than let the comment go, like he know he should, he blurts out at his companion.
"Oh? And what bit of your cryptic memory led you to that? You seem so arrogant that you have no need for anybody else. Yet you stick with me because you are lost in the city. You have no memory of who you were yet you wanna lecture me on how to make others remember? Just who the hell are you lady?! I have been nice, and respectful. You, on the other hand, have been rude, mean, and downright aggresive to everybody you have met- including me! Give me one good reason other than the mark of Suzaku not to leave you here!"
Boiling over in rage, Charles begins to go through in his head how to travel through the shadows. If he needs to get out of here in a hurry, he wants to be prepared.

"I would not dishonor the name of Seiryuu!"
:: Again...there was no lie behind this one. If there was one thing he was true to..that was Seiryuu.::
"Instead of maintaining your powers as an extension of me...of my own...you have...quite literally...Taken them from me. And as a result...I have been reduced to the form and limitations of a human...with only the last remnants of the power I once had."
::Kigen was very satisfied with how he was handling even thi portion of the sticky situation. Each statement he was making he seemed to always be able to bring around and end strongly with a truth. How the boy would take it..only he knew. He paused for a moment and looked back at the girl, half hidden behind him. He removed the uniform coat and handed it to her::
"Besides...on the lowest level...None can deny my connection with Seiryuu..."
::The character on his forhead glowed as he said this::
"Such is not something that can be emulated...even by the other gods."

For the first time in a while, someone has actually stood up toi her, has spoken against her. It enrages her to no ends, and he can see the fire in her eyes. The passion of Suzaku burned within her at that very moment as she glared angrilly, eyes slightly widened through the mere thought of being opposed. "Because though you may know your past, my powers far, far surpase yours! And should you dare oppose me again, I have nothing within me to hold me back from burning you into a crisp, into a mere shadow of what you once were! And do not think that one more word from you will not provoke me to do so within this next moment!" It had been a long time since she had trully shown anger, and this was anger at its purest. No doubt, it was enough to scare even the strongest of men, and she doubted he would attempt to go further, seeing her hair rising as if it were made of the fire itself, the fire which drove her onwards in life. Her eyes flickering and poisonous, her nails held outwards as she stood, looking like talons. Several people in the subway stopped to look at her, but most everyone just ignored her and went further down the station.

By this time he far more intrigued than he would have liked, and bemused by the man's words. He would never dishonor the name of Seiryuu, yet paraded around as the God. HA! Tomo thought, in any form he takes, I will know my God. He would never forget the moment he had seen the face of Seiryuu Seikun, when the firm yet gentle voice had spoken to him. It had been after the death of Chuuin Ryo... his past life. In death, he been brought face to ethreal face with Seiryuu, in an encounter that he remembered far into this current life of his. Charles looked on in a mixture of wonder and horror. Whoever- Whatever Ellia Seraphim is, she is not a Seishi. If she was the latest incarnation of Shokeshkun, she would have the mark of the ogre. Instead, she has a mark not in the constellations. Now not only is she threatening, but she literally means to tear him apart.
Taking several steps back, Charles is glad he was Chichiri before. That gives him a way out. Trying to gather his composure, he steps into the shadow of a pillar in the station and with all the confidence he can muster, he starts to enact the power to travel through shadows. On his way out he speaks to his former friend, if she ever was.
"Well, whoever you are- good luck without a friend." Moving through the aether, Charles is only glad that she did come out before finding his home. The last thing he needs is to have an enemy in his house!

Her initial reaction to his departure was a sly and wicked grin. It had been so long since she had struck horror into anyone, and she had loved the feeling. However, as the rush of her anger slowly lowered, she became much more troubled. Sitting down upon the bench, she grimaced. She had lost her chance to survive within this world. But that was aside from what she needed. And to make matters worse, she knew no ways of retrieveing her powers, even if she had stuck around with that seishi. Finalyl, she decided to visit the strangest power source that she could sense. For there was a power source somewhere within the city which troubled her. She could easily feel the presences of the seven seishi, but there was one last presence which felt different. It didn't seem to have power, but she was drawn to it. Whatever this source was, perhaps she needed some more background information before moving onwards. She needed to understand everything possible about the seishi. Perhaps she had not fooled Charles, but this new presence lacked any definete power. She needed to find this source.
Finding a random person, one who had been watching her and Charles in their arguement, she approached. This naturally struck fear into the eyes of the poor onlooker.
"W-What do you want?" the young woman asked. She was merely adolescent, and she was dressed in a seifuku, though Eilla did not recognize the symbol of learning.
"Your knowledge," Eilla said. "You will assist me, girl. You have no name, you have no purpose but to serve me. Understand? Do as I say, and I spare your life, for that moment at the very least. Will you abide, or is your death at hand?" She conjured a small ball of fire into her hand.
"I.. I can try to help," the young girl said fearfully. Her bright green eyes flickered with her fear, but she attempted to sound dignified.
"Good! So now I've a servant, and a loyal one at that," Eilla said with a cold smile. At least now she could allow herself to smile. Yet the smile was almost unreal, and it startled the girl even more. "So, you will lead me to your residence, you will give me food, clothing, shelter, and you will allow me to attend your educational facilities. Not to mention, you will help me learn how to retrieve my power. Do you agree to this?"
"F-Fine," the girl whimpered.
"Then lead me," Eilla said coldly. And the girl nodded and sat down on a bench. "We have to wait for the... the next train to arrive... miss... miss..."
"Seraphim," she said, not even allowing her to hear her first name. Not yet anyways. And so within a few minutes, the train arrived and Eilla rode upon it to arrive at the girls house. WHen they entered the girl had to smuggle her in as a friend, directed by soft glares by Eilla. The mother was a bit estranged to the girl, but she looked to be around the same age as her daughter, and she was permitted into the house. Once the two arrived in the girl's room, Eilla began to command her.
"You will now fetch me garments appropriate for my age," she said. She was handed a denim short skirt, along with some maroon stockings, a pink kimono style top, and a pair of tall, pink boots, with fuzzy stuff at the tops.
"Hideous garments, but they will suit me," Eilla said, placing them aside. "Now, you will tell me of your school, and allow me to attend with you ere morning. Understand?" The girl, whose name was Naya, did as she was directed, her face pale with fright. And by the time that the sun rose, the two had not slept a wink, and Eilla was ready to attend school, somethign which she did. The girls there were a bit freaked out by her cold and evil presence, but said nothing of it. Finally, Eilla had what she wanted when she forced Naya to take her to the library after the school day was over.
"Seven seishi, four gods," she said coldly. "Direct me to knowledge about such."
"You mean... the four gods?" she said softly. "I think there's one or two books about it..." Finally, she found an interesting enough description of it all in an encyclopedia of legends.
"So there's four gods, and then each god has seven seishi, one for each constelation it rules over. And then there is a priestess for each god as well-" she was cut off by Eilla.
"Priestess? And what does she do?" Eilla asked sternly.
"Um... it says here that... she summons the beast god..." the girl said shyly.
"I see," Eilla said, happy to know this. Now she understood. Then, perhaps she should find this priestess and force her to summon the god? She needed to hold conference with him, needed to ask Suzaku why he had stolen away her powers. And perhaps, the priestess would have some way of helping her as well. SHe had no powers, so Eilla need not be hostile towards her. "Thank you."
Eilla then left the lilbrary, and flew upwards, into the clouds, following the strange source of power, and finally finding her within a cafe. Descending into the bushes nearby, she stepped out as if being in the bushes was a normal thing and then walked into the cafe, sitting a table away from the girl, who was currently conversing with a girl around her age with medium length blonde hair. Eilla listened in on the two for a few moments, ready to intrude upon the girl and speak with her.

(( Heh, nice post Ameko-san. Way to get the plot rollin'.
Do we have a Miaka yet, or are we just gonna NPC her for the moment? Just curious.
Also, um... you do know you jumped kinda far ahead on the timeline, right? So... you might have to wait around for a while, for the rest of us to catch up... ))

(((Ouch Ms. Little...just blow my entire plot out of the water why dontcha...This is not someothing one can just back out of you know...Hmmm...@_@)))Ryu Chuugi (Kitty Little) "I have met Seiyuu Seikun, and you are not him." Ryu's voice tightened, "Whatever your connection to the War God may be, we seishi owe you nothing. Your mortality issues are not our problem. Your words are heavy with truth, but misleading as well. The God's words still lingered with him, and almost seemed to echo in his ears as he spoke to this stranger.::The words echoed in Kigens mind..."I have met Seiryuu Seikun...and you are NOT him" Like a p[recariously stacked pile of stones, he fet and heard and saw his entire charade crumblng about him. His mouth froze open as if he was about to say something else..but nothing emerged...He needed time...time that he didn't have..time to think...tim to reason...Time...::
::The power of Seiryuu swirled around him and enveloped him in a cocoon of time. Frozen in this shell of his own power, he would have..some..SOME time to think...to work something out...::
"Impossible. If what he says is true...I cannot continue this facade....and yet...Having started down this road...I can't back down..."
::Turning to the girl who in his eyes did not move::
"She believes...yet these two do not...even if I should find the others...it would be a complete division..."
::He paced around..not caring that when he finished he would randomly appear somewhere else...the flagrant use of the power would be known to anyone with half a sense...but why...what exactly...he didn't care right now.::
"Seiryuu...you are so distant here...It must be because of the division...but what am I supposed to do?..."
::He finally resolved to finish out what interactions here he would have to..and then find..."Her" again. He would pick her brains for anything she had found out...and then see where that left them. This little shakey alliance of there's might have to be a bit more than he would ever have imagined...or wanted to.::
::He stepped back reasonabley close to where he had begun, though it would be noticeable as he had not had time to think enough...plus his demenouor...which having been so calm and colleccted, yet about to crack, would now be ack..calm and collected.. Everything around him began to move slowly and then back into reality he emerged from his cocoon of time::
"You would deny my affinity with Seiryuu boy? Such an insult from one who makes...::Watching his words:: Similar claims of his own allegiances..."
