Rin seemed a little surprised by the comment, staring at Shou. "Thank...you." She said. What else could she say to that? She wasn't used to hearing it at all. Shou asked if she knew how to play questions, which made Rin shake her head slowly. "I've never heard of it."

Shou giggled, then looked at Rin. "Aw... you just look edible when you are embarrassed...." She said. "Questions is a game that is simple enough, I ask a question, you answer it. It can be about anything subject you want. If the question is too embarrassing to answer, or a sore subject, you can pass, but then the other person can ask another question. A typical question is normally what is your favorite something or other." She smirked. "Understand now?" She asked.

Rin eventually nodded, hearing her explanation. Sounded like...a nice game for someone like Shou, but what about herself? There were questions Rin would definitely not want to answer...but..."I understand." She nodded to Shou. Shou intended on playing this game then? The waiter came by and set their drinks down before leaving again, though Rin was mostly just paying attention to Shou now.

Shou grinned. "Okay. What's your favorite book?" She asked. She didn't want to get too personal tonight. Just learn some things about Rin, get some idea's for conversation later on. Find out common interests. Maybe get a gleam into where she should take Rin out next time (she was sure there would be a next time) Simple things like that.

Rin thought about the question. She did admit, she liked to read quite a bit when she had free time back home before she left for this world. But because of it, she also read a lot here too. "Spin. By Robert Charles Wilson." She answered, thinking of it.

Shou smiled. "Aw.... well. I've never read it. Mine is Lord of the Flies by William Golding." She said, then turned to Rin. "Your turn to ask a question." She said, prompting the girl to ask a question. Rin would probably go to the normal questions, but it was interesting this way. Anyway, their minds probably worked quite differently, and so at this rate they would probably ask different questions due to the difference in mental maturity and life experiences.

C h o t t o C h o c o "Huh? Yeah, yeah..everything's fine." Gilly reassured him, making eye contact. She held it there for a second, before patting Ian lightly on the cheek, taking his head in her hands. Peering up at his eyes, Gilly looked at him for a long time, before pulling his face gently down, toward her, and she planted a light kiss on his lips, hers lingering for a moment, before pulling away.
"Thanks, 'Love'. It looks beautiful." Gilly grinned, admiring her bracelet. It was a bit big for her skinny wrists, and the dark leather contrasted with her fairer skin. It hung loosely on her wrist, so that when she raised her arm, it fell down her arm a good distance, and when she held her arm by her side, it seemed like it was on the verge of falling off her wrist.
Taking Ian's hand in hers, Gilly looked forward, swinging her hand. "So, where to now?" She asked, not looking back. 'What's wrong with me! I feel so...so shy now. Ian looked really awesome just a second ago, and I just stared at him for forever, and now he probably thinks I'm a dork. ' Gilly thought, blushing again. 'But I wonder...I've always said I like Ian. A lot. But maybe this is more...?'
As Gilly sensed demon aura, (as it was fairly easy for her to sense it, herself being half) she squeezed Ian's hand gently, and her eyes darted around the scene. Gilly looked back and saw Ian shoved a bit. Her arm reached out to grasp his shoulder and stabilize him, as she watched as the blur rushed past her. Her eyes traced the blur as it darted past toward the cathedral, but she couldn't focus them, to really recognize what it was. That kiss... that kiss... oh boy, if Ian wasn't blushing before, he sure as hell was now. And that look... Ian sensed something pretty deep that moment."y-you're welcome..." he managed to answer, looking a bit caught off guard from getting a kiss from Gilly on the lips like that. 'Ah jeez... now I probably look lame...' he then mentally critiqued himself. "Uhm, we could check out a few more spots before dinner." He then offered as an answer to her question. Maybe there would be some interesting finds before dinner? Though, he felt a sudden presense... demonic, yet vaguely familiar? Oof! Ian was shoved aside a bit, steadied by Gilly, bless her... "What...?" He mumbled, a bit confused. Jeez, he really did let his guard down to be caught like that.

"Are you alright?" Gilly asked, concerned, her hand still on his shoulder. Her hand was also still clasped in his, and she held it firmly, her plum gaze looking out toward the cathedral. 'That's odd. I could sense that demon, but strangely, it wasn't hostile. It must not have been one of William's demons. Perhaps a demon living on campus? But even so...why is it in such a rush? And why toward the cathedral?' She wondered. 'I somehow doubt that it's got a sudden urge to pray.'
'Still, if it didn't attack anyone else in the district, I'm sure it's fine. It probably just needs some privacy or something.' Gilly reassured herself, unaware that the demon was the roommate she was looking for.
Turning her gaze back to Ian, Gilly stood, waiting for any suggestions. "What should we do? Should we go after it, or should we put some faith in the church?" Gilly chuckled slightly. She never really was a religious person, and neither was her grandfather as well. They were known to skip church in favor of the a sausage fest in their neighborhood or something.

[From Dean Office]
Dimitri grabbed onto his wrist and pulled up high towards the sky, letting out a light grunt as he stretched out. As he released, his arms swung idly by as he sighed. "Ahh... It's some nice weather tonight..." He slipped his hands back into his pockets and looked around the shopping district as he strolled on by. He thought that he might as well look around before heading home. Strangely enough, the shopping district was the fastest way home. There were quite a bit of people walking around here, although it might be because it was getting close to the weekend. He stopped by a crosswalk and looked down one of the streets, in the distance he could see a few familiar faces. "Oh, looks like they came out for some time off..."

Rin thought about it for a moment. "Okay...what's...one of your favorite things to do in your free time? Like, a hobby or something." She asked, thinking of something. Shou didn't get personal, neither was Rin yet. There wasn't much need, it was just them getting to know each other a bit better, right?

"Well... I run, and I also like playing soccer when I get the chance. I'm not too good, I just like the sport...." Shou said, smiling as the salad arrived. She looked over to Rin, and pointed at her food. "Want a bite?" She asked, wondering what Rin liked to eat. Maybe that would be her next question. Of course, now she needed to know what Rin did on her free time. Probably sat around and read books. Nothing wrong with that. Actually it was quite nice to sit around and read books. Still, just a tad bit boring sometimes.

Rin nodded a bit at her response. "I see. I usually just read, or practice fighting techniques." She said, glancing at the waiter who put Shou's salad down. Rin shook her head, still a bit nervous. "N-no, you go ahead. It's your order."

Shou shook her head. "No.... there is plenty for us to share... I mean, it's not like I need all of it. I probably won't even finish my meal." That was a lie. She always finished her meals. Always. "What is your favorite food?" Shou asked, while food was on the mind. She looked up to Rin, and continued to chew on her salad. She wasn't too into that salad right now.

"I'm fine, love. Thanks." Ian answered after getting his bearings back. He was only a little disoriented. He then looked to Gilly once more after hearing another question from her. A demon... going to church... hmm... it felt somewhat familiar... perhaps it was benign... for now. Best leave it be unless it openly attacks...
"Let's leave it be for now, and put some faith in the church." He answered with a nod, smiling yet again.

Rin spared a small smile and shook her head again. "Why don't we see if you really don't finish your food." She said, thinking Shou probably really didn't have a problem with finishing food or not. Rin was sort of the same way, but she had just as much of an active metabolism that was always working, even if she wasn't showing it. "Umm...so far I like...korean noodle dishes." She admitted. She hadn't had a lot of chances to try things from this world, but they were quite tasty.
