Pansexual doesn't mean "loving personality".

:l Gender doesn't matter tends to mean that you are attracted to the person's personality. Typically only LGBTQ would know that though so I don't blame you for your ignorance. Aesthetics isn't always physical beauty by the way. One can find non-physical things aesthetically appealing/attractive. A voice isn't something physical, nor is the way a person writes/speaks.

A straight person wouldn't date someone or be sexually attracted to someone of the same sex no matter how much they loved their personality right? They'd just be friends. Because the person is strictly straight.
But I would date someone whose personality I really loved, regardless of their sex or gender. Because I really don't care about sex or gender, or the way people look, or what is or isn't in their pants, etc.
