Aura shrugged. "I don't know maybe it did." Aura reached down and picked up the cat, cradling it much like she did when Eclipse was in his mini form. She attention turned to Nailah. "Yes, the neck biting blood sucking type." She merely smiled after the statement.

"Ah Aura has a man. Hmm that's interesting. So where did you meet this vampire? And does he have any brothers? Oh just checking to see, please don't take this the wrong way but, has he ever bitten you?"

Nailah looked at Aura. "I'm sorry, but I had to ask. Well I'm glad someone around here has found somebody, excluding Pheaura of course. By the way, where is she? I haven't seen her lately."

Kepi jumped down and bounded down the hall as if he was after something.


Bastet sighed and the her eyes went wide, "Pheaura is gone? I hope she comes back soon. And if anyone should throw a banquet it should be the guy that can cook." She looked after her cat, "I am going to follow Kepi, she might get into trouble since she is so careful to trust. Goodbye."

Vincent paced back and forth in his dark room, his heavy boots thumping against the hard wood floor, his arms folded across his chest. He had moved his bed to give him more space after dropping Victoria, the small child he had taken upon himself to look after until she awoken, off in town with a family. Joice he would be checking in on her every so often to make sure things were going well.
The had wood chair that he spent most of his time in leying in broken splinters across the room, one could only guess why.
No one had ever entered Vincent's room, and beside the tiny glance Aurahkah had gotten, no one had even seen inside the four dimly light walls. He liked his privacy, and thats why he had enchanted the room to such a degree, sound passed in but none, no matter the volume escaped, his door form the outside was nearly impregnable, ah Vincent's door, it suck out like a sore thumb when walking down the hall, it had no handle form the outside and was darker in color and inscribed with arcane symbols.
Vincent stopped suddenly, turning to face the door,"voices" he said aloud to himself, a smirk crawling onto his pale fetchers. Vincent snapped his figures, disappearing in an instant into the darkness.
A large black wolf walked casually down the hall, the tapping of it's paws giving it away long before it came into sight. The creature stepped into view not more then a few seconds later, it's eyes glowing in the candle light. The creature stopped for a moment, giving the two of them a puzzled look before continuing down the hall toward them.
The creature stopped just before Nailiah turning another puzzled look up at her.

Nailah stared at the wolf, her eyes as puzzled as his. She looked to Aurahkah. "Are you sure? Does Torrigan have a wolf we don't know about? I thought it was a jackal." Nailah slowly moved away from the wolf watching it with wary eyes.

"I can't deal with a shapeshifting jackal, Aura. I don't like jackals to begin with. I'm Egyptian, it's allowed. Wolves...jackals...dogs...they all make me uneasy. Can you tell it to go away? You're the older one."
