Rhea let herself fall so she would be laying down. She let out a small whimper and placed her head down. Sorry. She told them both and stood up, Well then, it looks like you guys aren't looking for any wolves, so I guess I will go. Then she started walking away, her fur started getting a red stain of blood on it. There was another wound, but being stubborn, she continued on. She remembered, she had no place to call home. A pain of jealousy rose in her stomach and she wished she could stay. Yet, she didn't want to be rude and barge in, thus she walked slower. Hiding her thoughts from anyone she had a wolfish smirk on her. I'm selfish aren't I?

Chacho started forward, stopped, then looked to her brother. Wolf though briefly before nodding. And with that gesture, she ran forward. Wait! Wait don't leave!...You can stay if you like. She looked back to her brother who was walking forward to the mouth of the cave, right where the stone stopped and the snow started. He nodded. You may stay. Beside's, you are still wounded, and the chill out there at night is deadly. You... He racked his mead for a moment. He did have the authority as of now to make this decision. I know we are small, but...You may stay here, permanently if it suits you. I mean, if you don't have another home to go to, you might as well make one, right? His usually sharp silver eyes lost their sting as he looked after the silvery wolf in the snow. Chacho was standing next to him, hands clasped to her chest, looking hopeful.

Rhea's eyes lit up as she turned around, O-okay thank you. She thought to them and walked back. She sat on the outside of the den looking out to the forest. As the snow fell, it laid soft beads of snow on her fur. When she turned back into her human form, her hair had matched the snow. It draped in soft waves framing her body until it stopped on her lower back. The cold had only made her shiver a bit, yet she just stood there. After her legs grew tired, she sat on the snow and lifted her hand to catch a few snowflakes. "I'll watch you guys tonight." She said and watched as the flakes melted in her palm. Her top was still red, but it had dried and she lifted her shirt slightly to take a better look. It was a little deep, but she just took a ribbon she had kept with her and wrapped it around herself to help it heal. Turning around to look at them, her blue eyes had a gray color in it around the pupil. "So how long have you two known this area?" She tilted her head a bit letting her neck crack and did the sane to the otherside. Her breath had shown in the cold air as she spoke, "I can smell that you have been in this forest for a while. Am I right?"

Wolf who had padded to her side, looked out among the trees. We've been here for a couple years...at least. I guess you could say we know it like the back of our paws. He gave a small wolfy grin before turning to her. So tell me, who are you? What brought you here? He cocked his head.
Chacho, behind them, was stocking as many herbs as she could find in the harsh weather. The snow didn't leave much behind, and the ones it did were withering. She figured they would have barely enough to get through the winter. Once that was sorted, she began gathering as much dry wood as she could find, setting it in the middle of the large cavern and fashioning it into a proper campfire.

"My name is Rhea. I've been traveling around doing certain jobs, but I wanted to settle down. That was when I went into the forest knowing it would be safer in here than in my old town. I was walking in my wolf form and I was suddenly attacked. Luckily, I managed to escape then I found you guys." Rhea said in a summary. They didn't need to know her past right now. She laid down on the soft snow and closed her eyes. Listening to her surroundings she could hear a few birds that hadn't migrated yet and she smiled lightly. Then, her hand hand went up to her neck to pull out a pendant with pictures of her mother and father. To look at the pictures her eyes opened and scanned them. "If they were still here, I wouldn't be in this forest." She mummbled before putting it back in her shirt. "Is there anyone else here?" Rhea asked him then she realized she never had gotten his name, "What's your name?"

Wolf chuckled. He hated his name as it seemed unnecessarily redundant when he was introducing himself as a wolf. My name is Wolf, from what I can remember. The healer is, as she said, my sister. Chacho. Its good to have met you, and I'm glad you've joined us. I mean, sometimes it's nice having such a small group, but you get lonely for more company. He stood, shaking out his fur from the snow.
Chacho had gotten a nice fire going and it cast a gold glow on the cave and its occupants, melting the ice from the walls and the snow that was creeping its way inside. Her red hair reflected the fiery tones beautifully as it cascaded down her back. Even Wolf looked warmer, the gold flecks in his fur dancing in the warm light.
Wolf sighed contentedly as the cave warmed up. He didn't mind the cold, but he surely preferred warm temperatures.

Rhea stood up and walked over to the fire. She felt goisebumps raise on her arms from the warmth and she smiled softly. After she turned into a wolf, she walked in s small circle before laying down. Why don't you turn into a wolf, Chacho? She asked her, raising her head to look at her. Your hair and fur look nice along the fire. She told them both as her eyelids started to fall. Laying her head back down, she shut her eyes. If you need to know anything about me, I'm listening. So don't worry. Yet, she had a freling she would dall asleep soon. Then she noticed that this was her first time in a while feeling safe as she was about to sleep.

Brotan strolled into camp, his rage dripped from him like sweat. His muscles were knotted, a thick vein pulsed in his neck and forehead. He was absent all clothing, showing his numerous angry purple scars covering his body.
He was ready to go to war with the demon's over their last little escapade. He slowed as he passed two wolves around a fire. They seemed to be so relaxed. Happy. For a moment it calmed him. Then the rage came back, realization that they were what had been risked by the recent attack only tossed fire on the fire that was his rage.
Resisting the urge to howl in anger he moved off to his war tent.
He would decide how to deal with the demons.:
He would need allies.
He would need supplies.
He would need gold.
He would need a 10 to 1 advantage over their numbers for it to be a sure thing.
When he reached the tent that he used as a war room he raised the flag.
It let the wolves know that he required his officers to report as soon as they could.

((Uh. I dont know. A Dark Rose is still this faction's leader, and I'm next after that. I have no idea what or who that applies to.)) Chacho smiled, morphing into a wolf. She was a beautiful red wolf with a tail that curled and a white underbelly. She grinned, panting, and went to sit beside Rhea, wagging her tail in thanks. She only cast a sideways glance at the passerby before turning her attention back to the immediate pack. Rest, honey. I can watch the evening. You've had a long day and your wounds need healing.Wolf nodded. She's right, take advantage of the peace. We need you healthy and ready to hunt by tomorrow. Food is scarce. He looked towards his sister knowingly. It's been at least three days since our last decent meal. He cringed, his last words having a very different meaning to him. He hadn't been able to feed for days, and everywhere he smelled, he smelled blood. He would have to go and hunt soon, but as acting Alpha of this pack, he needed to stay. He was now responsible for the safety and well being of another wolf, and he would not abandon them. He nodded to Chacho who smiled at him, then the sleeping silver wolf beside her. Giving her an affectionate nudge she padded to the front of the cave, keeping her ears and nose tuned to anything that might intrude upon their peace. Wolf watched her for awhile, as the protective big brother he was, before curling up by the fire, resting his head on his paws, and drifting off, Looking like a massive pile of black fur.

Crazy eyes for life ((Sorry, it applies to anyone that wants to help. And I was made faction leader back before the guild died off again. A Dark Rose has not posted in almost a year, and when the faction was opened up I was given the spot)) ((Thats fine. You should probably just know that all of the original pack members still follow the old pecking order. Yeah it looks like Lilyna (a Dark Rose) is gone, but I was after her hence my taking over the cave (sorry). Feel free to start a new pack in the same area, thats what we had last time: Two leaders, two different packs, but they worked as one. But just be aware that the old members will probably fall back into the same pattern)) PS: Its really confusing having all the threads still saying A Dark Rose is leader, get crew to change that sometime so there isn't this kind of confusion again. -Howl

Plus, as I looked earlier, nobody had replied in almost a month. :/))
Rhea had closed her eyes and fell asleep. As she slept, her mind went blank until a dream had begun like a movie. She was watching herself and she could see a large red thing... Fire. Unable to control what was going to happen, she just watched. As she tried waking up, she found it no use. This was not just a random dream she realized after a while. She was reliving her past.
Screams had filled her ears and blood was everywhere. Then she saw two pairs of eyes, each had a different pupil. Finally she awoke, she was wet with a cold sweat and found herself panting. Not wanting to fall back asleep, she stood up and went outside, "I'll watch." As she stared outside, she knew she had only slept an hour or so.

Wolf was till sound asleep, twitching, in his own dream.
Chacho turned to see the silver wolf coming up beside her. She cocked her head curiously, but didn't argue. The red wolf nodded, brushing sides with the silver wolf reassuringly before padding into the cave and curling up by her brother. She didn't sleep though. Her eyes were closed but her ears moved to each little noise around them. She did trust Rhea, that wasn't the problem, it was simply a matter of not being able to sleep. Her brother twitched again beside her and she lay her head over his neck, comforting him quietly.

Rhea quietly paced back and forth on the snow, leaving some paw prints. She felt unable to sit still until she got tired of pacing and sat down. Turning back into a human form, she tied her hair up with a soft blue ribbon and stood back up. What should I do now? She thought to herself and grinned. Nothing was actually there to do except to play in the snow. With a childish smile, she made a snowball and tried making a snowman, using the moon and stars as her only light. Oddly, I never have done this before. She thought to herself also and giggled quietly. Building up the base, she started working on the middle ball of snow. That was until she saw that the base ball had collapsed. Giving up, she sat in the heap of snow and laid down. Even though it was cold enough to make goosebumps raise on her flesh, it was very soft. She let out a tired sigh and watched as the snow began to fall again. Tiny little snowflakes seemed to dance in the winter air and she smiled when thinking about them. Holding a hand up as she lay there in the snow, she caught some. Almost instantly, they started melting in her hand. Wiping the water off of her hands, she stood up and went into the cave to watch outside from there. The snow had stopped briefly after and a new layer of fresh snow was on the ground. Looking back at them, she smiled thinking how nice it would be to have any living relatives around. Then she felt something she hadn't felt in a while. Tears had blurred her vision, yet she blinked them away and sat there quietly and continued watching outside.
