Hikari let out a frustrated breath, throwing her katana back onto the dry sand at the shore. "No, it's cold and it's wet." She splashed Hiei at that point for pulling her into the water. Hikari stood up on her own, ignoring Kurama's hand. But after a few seconds, she sunk back down into the water, feeling the wind only make her skin and the clothing feel even colder than the water. "I'll just stay here." She grumbled, looking off to the side.

Hikari's shoulders hunched up when Hiei splashed her with water, her whole head soaked now with strands of wet hair sticking to her face. She spit out some water before looking up at Kurama after Hiei looked at her and dived under. "I feel like I should move.."

"Weird. Every time I almost drown I don't wanna go anywhere near the stuff." Hikari glanced down at the water that they were sitting in before looking up, seeing how far out Hiei was.

Hikari looked back at Kurama when he said that. Something started running through her thoughts then, but she didn't say anything about it, looking away again.

Hikari glanced over at the beach, hearing Hiei's phone start to go off. "If he answers then we'll have to go do a job." She stated before remembering something. "s**t." Reaching into her pocket, Hikari pulled out her cellphone, that was filled with water. That wouldn't ever be working again.

Hikari raised her eyebrows at first, seeing Hiei be picked up and thrown into the water again by Kurama. She chuckled a bit before starting to laugh a little at Hiei's reaction to it.

"You don't think I can pick him up?" Hikari asked, with a small smirk. She took it as a small challenge to get her own pay back on Hiei.

Hikari thought for a second, her smirk fading now that Hiei made it so she couldn't get near him. She stared at the water between herself and Hiei, and after a moment, sucked in a breath before forcing herself to go under and disappear from where she was.
