I like vampires very much myself. They represent (in a few forms, some people write or legend them badly) a kind of man which is like... an ultimate. He's dark and seductive and smooth, sensual, intelligent, cunning, masculine, dominant... he's like a genetic powerhouse and that's what people are supposed to want in a mate. If you don't want something that is at least all of these personality features, combined hopefully with a decent physique and health, well then.. Darwin hates you. xd

That's why I hate them o_o They're too perfect. Vampires are a legend; a story. And frankly, reading about a perfect person is incredibly boring.

oddly thats what I love about Amy's vampires, they are imperfect, relatively human creatures...except that they drink blood and can do a few things we can't do...most of them are relatively normal individuals who simply want to live and find love. Amy's Vampires are so cool!
on a side note:
Me and Aud have the same glasses!

I prefer my vampires to be sacreligious and almost amoral, intellectual but open to insanity at times, and most of all, sexually open and lustful/hedonistic.

well Amy's Vampires were created...and they protect humanity...well except for the evil ones who like taking advantage of the weaker mortals...*purrs at the thought of Amy's stories, then whimpers cause she misses Amy*

O_o why would vampires protect people? i mean, i'm not just trying to be bitchy or whatever can say that, i'm saying - vampires eat people! they drink blood! that's life stealing, not life affirming XD

actually Aud...you and I have the same glasses...and hey it is a new nose ring...
anyway, the basic story of the vampires has nothing to do with demonic things...they protect humanity because humans are their ancestry...they aren't evil. At least Amy's aren't, its whats so fascinating about them, so completely different than other versions.
