I finished a stride and stopped, then I turned around casually and looked around.
"Do you mean me?" I asked friendly enough. Though I didn't expect too much of a reply.

A heavy sigh escapes his lips as Charles finally reaches a room he can rest in. It has only been a day and a half since his attempted tenure as Kyou's student rather than the academy's, yet it has been more trouble than he thought possible. Worse yet, there may be more trouble on the horizon. After a bit of rest, he must face the consequences of his disappearance. Perhaps he can weave a story to cover this, as he was carried out of the area on a manifested Zanpaktou performing moves he cannot.
Still, that shall have to wait. Literally collapsing on a bedroll, he doesn't even disrobe before the darkness of exhaustion consumes his conciousness. At his side, Aitourensa is left to contemplate things. Without a need for his power, the spirit begins to cautiously test the seal that is stemming the tide of reiatsu in his master. As he rests, Charles remains completely unaware that every few seconds, as his Zanpaktou tries again from a different approach, the seal on his forehead flashes with a soft light. Only a soft snore escapes his mouth as he is to tired to even dream.

"Damn it," I muttered as I collided with a wall running through the academy. The only reason this had happened though was because I couldn't balance myself as easily as before. Having a useless limb was no fun at all. I grabbed my arm and instead of running, I just walked, at least a flailing limb wouldn't pull me off course that way. I looked around. Where the hell did Kenji get to.
I caught sight of him.
"Hey Kenji!" I called out, "Sensei..." I paused for a moment, that was weird saying that, "Said that I should come and help you."

"Did he?" I opened a random cupbard next to me. I blinked. Hadn't I passed this half a million times already. I grabbed a couple of brushes and passed them over to Amaya, "Take these, I'll carry the heavy stuff."
This was like chores back at home. Damn place. I picked up two buckets and loaded them with brushes and cloths. Now why had I volunteered to do this? I almost kicked myself.
"Alright come on then, lets hurry back." I started walkng, but I looked back, just to check that Amaya was coping.

I caught the brooms. What the hell? We were going back already. I tucked the brooms under my arm and started running after him. It was a wonder that i hadn't slipped adn broken my other arm yet. Though i did wonder what Kai would have wanted us to do. I frowned for a moment and then shot off after Kenji.

Shiraku was back in the academy. He was trying to figure out how Bukotsu had done those demon steps. Though it just wasnt figured out. Shiraku was thinking if he put some reiatsu into his feet and started to run and move the reiatsu would it do something like that.
Shiraku unsheated his zanpakutou and started to leasurly swing it around. His swings although they may have looked like they were simple playing around. They were practice for deflection of simple side swings.

Rednal quietly sat in the academy, apparently lost in thought. There was a lot he needed to learn before he achieved what he desired... the rank of Captain. For no particular reason, he was aiming for the 7th Company. But that was a long ways off. He needed to do some training and get more powerful. One step at a time. The boy got to his feet and began walking through the halls, searching for the training grounds... assuming they existed. He did not know much about the Academy yet.

((Yo rednal, there is no company's yet. This is at the beginning so there isnt that many full shinigamis yet.))
He was walking through the halls looking for the exit, He wanted to practice some of his new techniques in the forest.

Slowly conciousness begins to return to the beleagured student. Having rested for literally a full day, his body is loathe to move. Still, it is time to get going. Having long ago given up testing the seal, Aitourensa sighs in relief. Combating the stiffness in his body, Charles begins to rise. With the odd crack of a joint popping, he stretches with all his might, groggily looking around. Surrounded by the empty room, he smiles when his eyes land upon his Zanpaktou. Strapping his companion to his side, he moves out into the academy.
Once out in the open with others, Charles begins to relax. The thought of him being searched for did enter his mind more than once, but it would seem his abscence was not really that big a deal. So much so that as time passes he wonders if they were noted as being missing at all! With a kind smile on his face, Charles heads through the hallways and outside again. Now loosened up, perhaps he should see if there is somebody he can find training. Should he find a person, that place would do well as a place for him to practice.

((My apologies for the error. I will strive to not repeat it.))
As he walked, Rednal looked down at the sword that hung by his side. There was obviously something special about it... he just didn't know what it was. The boy sighed and shook his head. After a few long moments, he found an open area that didn't seem to have very many visitors. Rednal looked around it for a moment, then glanced behind him and pulled his blade out.
"Let's see what we can do." the boy said, getting into a ready stance, his blade held out in front of him. After a moment, he stepped forward and swung his blade down in a basic movement. It sang nicely as it cleaved through the air... the sound was almost angelic, especially for something that was nothing but wind and metal. The boy stepped back and repeated the movement.

As Charles moves outside, it would seem he either has good timing, or at the very least, serendippity smiling upon him. The sun in his eyes, he does not see much for a moment, but what grabs him is not a sight- but a sound. A soft singing, beautiful yet metallic. When his sight adjusts to the brightness, his eyes scan for the source of that oddly lovely sound. Then, after a moment, the source is found.
A student, having drawn his zanpaktou, stands still. Unlike the previous drawings, this unsheathed weapon is not out of malice or jealousy. This time it is pure curiosity, or so he sees. There is no agression, no anger in the student's stance. No wrath or rage in the way his sword is swung.
"Finally . . . " The sigh accompanied by a smile, Charles moved across the courtyard. Staying a respectful distance from the slowly moving student, he puts forth a warm smile and gently pats Aitourensa at his side.
"Good morning. If you don't mind my saying so, that Zanpaktou sounds lovley. It is not often one puts beauty in their weapon."

Rednal stopped what he was doing and looked over, blinking slightly. "It is?" he looked at his blade curiously. "I wasn't aware the noise it was making was at all unusual... or that loud." Privately, he wondered if he was missing something extremely important. More privately, he figured he was. "What can I do for you, anyways? If you were planning on training here, I can go find somewhere else; it's not that big of a deal to me."
Play it safe, act like you knew what you were doing, and hope this person was not about to kick your rear into oblivion...

"It is only rare, because most focus more on power than finesse." Charles says, slightly patting the air before him in an attempt to reassure the other student. Keeping his distance, he decides that perhaps it is best to remain there. No need to act aggressive with the fellow student- espically when this is a lovely meeting. Not like most he has had here.
"I was not planning to train here per se, but it is as good a place as any. Provided you do not mind a minour sparring partner? If you would rather be alone with your Zanpaktou, I understand completely. Still, It would be nice to have a pleasant partner to learn with, ne?" Gently, he places his left hand on the handle of his own weapon. Not with a grip of warning, but with a casual touch. The offer is not meant to frighten this friendly person, and secretly Charles hopes that his forewardness won't offend or put this nice man on his guard.
With a sudden blank expression, he realizes a slight err in courtesy. "Where are my manners? Allow me to introduce myself . . . Charles Takena. Not of any noble or royal class. And this-" nodding to his blade "-is Aitourensa. A trusted friend."
"I was impressed by how you were handling your weapon. Most around here might as well be handling clubs, the way the swing their zanpaktou around. You just seem happy to feel your partner out . . . That is what brought my attention to you."

Shiraku was on his way out of the shinigami academy toward what he remembered to be the forest. He was unknown as of now as to what he was going to do. But he did know that he was probably late for the training and the technique Bukotsu was suppose to be teaching her. A thought accured to him. He wondered if Bukotsu and the girl were getting along...well?
