I can't decide on one. Dir en grey, Ino Head Park, Malice Mizer, Number Girl, or The Back Horn would be in the running.

Sai-kun MadTiger: are you in Japan right now? (Were you there when I was? :O Did I miss you?) Oh hey! Nah, I went for a week late May. May 25-June 2. I know, I know, NO ONE goes for a week, but I had class here from June 4th, and the friend I stay with had a big test on the 25th, so it was either that or pay for hotel. When did you go? And where? Tokyo?

I was supposed to be there until the 19th, but extenuating circumstances forced me to come home -_-; And yeah, we were in Tokyo, given the extra time, I was going to go up to Osaka and Kyoto.

Whoa! What did you do? Any lives? Where did you stay?
Actually, I made a mistake. I was there from the 26th, not the 25th.

We went to Pia to see if anything was playing in our time frame and there really wasn't anything >_< so no lives...
I stayed in a really cute hostel in Asakusa, we mainly hit up as many districts as we could, ate a lot, shopped a lot (stocked up on CDs a lot...)...I really want to go back already >_<

I only saw 3 shows, but they left me very happy.
There was a Gargoyle oneman on the 27th, so I was there and melting with joy every second of it.
The 28th-30th I ran around to see friends, then went to see Shine Shine Dan (w. NoGod, SEX-ANDROID, CodomoA) on the 31st. I've seen them a few times before, but this time I realized how hilarious and amazing these guys are. I didn't stop laughing, filling out their enquette. Also, it's the band's 23rd year. That's years older than both Ningen Isu and Gargoyle. o_o
On the 1st I went to Chiba city to see a friend's band play and it was really cool, except they tour/record like crazy, so I had no one to go drinking with that night :/ I was all ready to go drinking a lot that week, so I didn't drink before the trip, but I only ended up going once LOL (At least it happened to be with an awesome band *.*)

Lucky!!
Seriously, we stood at the Pia desk, harassing those poor ladies forever and still found nothing in our area/time frame... ::sighs::
Take me with you next time! It sounds like you have all the fun XD

Hahaha, it's just because the Capricorn in me is obsessive about planning. I always look up EVERYTHING going on in the area for EVERY day, just in case. I need to be aware of what's happening every night, haha.
Though actually, that day when I really wanted to go out kinda backfired on me. Nobody was actually available, so I decided to go to an all-night Highway61 event that my friend told me about. I get there -- it's not an all-night event at all, everything is over. ;A; So I was stranded in freaking KABUKICHO, past midnight. D: D: NOT a place where you want to be stranded alone at night if you're a girl. At some point I was trying to run away from a drunk "PLEASE BE MY ENGLISH FRIEND" guy, and while running across the street, the light turned red, cars started going, and my shoe just FLEW off. I ended up seeking refuge in a manga cafe for the night lol.

Eep...wow o_O My friends and I stayed out late every night and we never ran into anybody so belligerent.
Though our hostel was right smack dab in the middle of a bunch of late night drink-happy eateries and karaoke bars and snacks...there were drunks abound but nothing that scary >_<

I mean, they're not violent or dangerous (usually), but they're REALLY drunk and super persistent, so it takes a while for them to get the message. Once I started talking to the guy in Russian and he was like "I DONT.. UNDERSTAND... PLEASE REPEAT?" But not all of them are like that. That same night, this guy followed me all "Are you alone? Wanna do something?" and I was just like "LOLZ, NO." and he just left. But those are rare.

Orange Range... They were fun, catchy, kind of okay... until I found out they ripped off every artist on the planet. http://flash.flop.jp/orangerange.html(Though I don't think they realized Zebrahead covered Spice Girls...lol)
