"Eh, Where is he going to?"
Giant Kyuubi dodged Kero and then started to release some of his evil chakra. He grabbed several trees and threw them at the fox.
"Bleh."
Ukitake formed a seal and created a kage bunshin.
"You take over while I go ahead with them."
What a lousy idea.
"Not like you could do any better"
Ukitake chased after Mithos, his eyes changing to Sharingan mode.

Mithos grinned darkly and said, "Long time no see Ukitake." Mithos reached into his pocket and pulled out a key. "Want this? Sorry, I'll be needing it still." Mithos jumped into the air and flew ahead, leaving Aisu Hebi to fight Ukitake. Aisu Hebi started by firing a blast of frozen chakra straight at him.
Mithos meanwhile, landed at the doors of the Cathedral. "She's going to be pissed at me..."

Kero bit through the trees.
"Keroooooooo, just use your Earth bind jutsu," Kai said.
Kero chanted something making roots come up from the ground," Earth bind!" The root began to attack Kyuubi and Ukitake.
Gane stood in the cathedral. "Wait for it," he told himself.

Mithos quickly smashed open the doors of the cathedral with a single kick. He noticed Gane and said, "You're still here?!" Mithos quickly shook his head and said, "Never mind, not important right now." He passed by Gane and approached the keyhole again. "Gane, help Kai out for me, alright?"

Gane closed his eyes and shrugged. "Sorry. Can't do that for ya," Gane said and went right past him.

"Gane...I'm asking you nicely now...because I wont be here for much longer." Mithos turned to look at him. He reached into his pocket and pulled out the key.

"I'm not running away. Ukitake wants this key supposedly for something or other, I dunno. Anyway, the sooner I get rip of it, the sooner this whole mess is over." Mithos inserts the key. The portal appears on the floor beside him.

"I won't." Mithos mutters. Mithos reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small purple shard. "The barrier was only locked...by fate." Mithos dropped the shard into the portal. It shone blue, and seemed to be open. Mithos pointed to the key, creating a long blue chain from his hand to the key. "Sorry Kai. I have to do this alone." Mithos jumped into the portal and disappeared. As the chain was pulled on, the key was yanked out and dragged into the portal as it disappeared.

"Whatever," Gane said and took out a scroll. "It's been a blast, but oh well," Gane said and bit his thumb wiping the blood on the scroll.

"This is annoying."
The giant Kyuubi fox disappeared as he turned on his flame shield around him.
"Kid, you touch me you die instantly. Save yourself while I go do something."
He runs past Aisu Hebi and heads towards the Cathedral.
"s**t, he opened the portal."
He activated his Sharingan and examined the area.
"Ugh he went in. Now its going to be REALLY hard to reopen it. God damn..."
May I?
"Do as you wish, just hurry up."
They switched places as the fox sat on the ground, marking the area around him, and surrounding himself with candles and scrolls.

Suddenly the circle around him glowed, and in the center of the circle was the symbol of the hidden gaia.
"The very essence of Gaia...."
