"Oh....Heh...So your somewhat gullible then....." she said quietly "You dont seem like one who would fall for statements easily" she said and smiled. "Can you quit calling me Leina-san please?.....I was never into the formality talk, not after being drowned in it by my mother....." she sighed and took off her wrist band playing with it.
"So.....Where did you hide the trophy you got?" she asked suddenly remembering the sword he took from the girl he battled over at Tezema village. "It seemed really heavy...."

"I wouldn't say gullible...I just feel you're a trustable person, Leina-sa--." Rei said, stopping himself halfway into using the "-san" attached to her name. That would definitely take some getting used to. He was just used to being formal with people.
"Her sword is behind you. I couldn't get home and back to the Grotto so I just brought it with me." He explained, pointing at the large stone weapon leaned against the wall.

"Hmm......" she said nodding and smiled when she saw him catch himself before finishing her name with -san. She looked behind her to the sword and nodded. It did look heavy and she was surprised he was able to drag it with him all the way over here.
"So.....Are you going to use it ever in battle or are you just going to show it off?" she asked smiling. She really couldnt imagine Rei showing off what he won for winning a die-or-live battle.

The boy chuckled lightly and shook his head. "No, the fact that I'm still alive is what I show off with..." He looked over at the weapon solemnly, thinking about what it would be like to use it just like Zellix had to fight. "Maybe...if I learn how to use more than just a kunai for a weapon...I can get stronger faster. If it weren't for my family's special technique, I'd be dead...I don't want to have to rely on it all the time, though. I need to find my own strength since I can't use the energy for a jutsu." He said, keeping his focus on the weapon now. For a moment, he almost seemed to have forgotten Leina was there.

Leina smiled and stayed quiet as Rei spoke. She nodded agreeing with him and looking at the sword as well. She then yawned again and leaned back onto the rock behind her. "Well....Its good to know you are determined to do anything to become stronger...." she closed her eyes and breathed in deeply.
"I somewhat envy you......You worked hard to get the strength you have now. I was given my strength in a platter of strictness....My strength is not my own really. Its the strength I learned from others in my own clan. But I like to say I hopefully found my own strength already" she said still with her eyes closed.

Rei smiled a bit at Leina's compliments on his strength. It was a bit much in his opinion, he wasn't that great. Leina could use Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, just like any other shinobi, she had the opportunity to use more than just shuriken or senbon to hit somebody from far away.
"All strength comes at a cost...I'm just powerful physically. I can't do anything else because my Chakra System doesn't work properly. So don't think too little of yourself, you're still better than I am. For starters, you're ANBU, I'm still just a Chuunin." He replied.
He looked down at his hand, the fist that had finished off Zellix with that final strike of his special Taijutsu. He could see that part of the fight playing again in his mind as he thought about how he handled the technique and anything he could use in the future for things other than Rai Suisen. Wait...my body...I shouldn't have been able to move after that, my hands and feet should be on the verge of breaking from one little mistake... He thought, recalling some of the hits. Instead of landing a punch or a kick physically, the lightning energy extended out for him, acting the same way as the part. So, if he started training with that, he might be able to figure himself out some way to hit somebody from a distance without just a projectile weapon.
Rei's eyes lit up slightly, thinking about the training causing a small amount of excess electricity to dance across his knuckles. It was after that instant of sparking that he realized something neither of his parents ever taught him about that second bolt. The energy stopped moving visibly over his body as he grabbed his arm again and screamed, forcing it into the water to try and get rid of some of the pain. Whenever he tried to channel electricity, it felt like his muscles would tear themselves apart to get away from each other. So he wasn't going to be able to train untl AFTER he was confirmably recovered. Damnit...I'm useless to the village right now. And Leina's probably going to worry herself sick. I should've known better. He cursed mentally, shivering violently and fighting back a sudden urge to vomit.

Leina was almost falling asleep but opened her eyes when Rei said that she was ANBU and he was still chuunin. "Wow...You are so not up to date are you? You have been ranked to Jounin a while back....." Leina said getting comfortable again and closing her eyes once again becoming drowsy.
She listened as Rei didnt speak anymore and seemed to shuffle a bit around as she had her eyes closed. She was surprised she hadnt left home to rest, leaving Rei behind, maybe if it was another village member or if she alone she would have. She was already in the first phase of sleepiness when she heard a yell come from Rei. "What?" she asked worriedly adjusting her eyes again in the darkness not able to see Rei very well.

Rei winced again, rubbing his arm up and down slowly as the pain started to get duller. "I don't know...I think it's a side effect of Rai Suisen...It felt like my muscles were magnets and they're all the same polarity..." He said, describing it the simplest way that he could.
"I...just hope it won't last long. I need to get back to training and missions Nayami-sama needs me to take. I'll be fine soon either way though...If I can't use lightning anymore then I'll just learn to fight on my own entirely." He mused, pulling his arm out of the water slowly. Having been distracted by the pain of his muscles reacting to the current, he didn't notice when his fist clenched from that temporary shock and drew blood. At least they weren't anything deep, he'd recover from that easy.

Leina was happy her eyes adjusted quickly. Her mind was quickly processing what Rei told her about his muscles seeming to be magnets with the same polarity. She had never heard anything of that sort, in her village or here and she was clueless as she could ever be. Hopefully it would fade after he healed for a while longer.
“I don’t think Nayami-sama has any missions for any of us right now since she is stabling everything into order again……Admitting Kato and Temaki into the village……..” she then stopped her eyes widening a bit as she remembered about something. “I forgot to tell Ishu and Kumi to go see Nayami-sama as well….” She groaned lightly and then looked up after looking at Rei’s hand which had blood in it and stayed quiet.

Rei let his head hang forward, glad the pain had stopped at least and now trying to recover his wits. He needed to get home so he could get onto that road to full recovery from that second bolt. He was glad he wasn't immobile yet,. Though, he had no idea if that was just pure luck along with the intense training or just something delayed by his sheer force of will to seem fine to everybody else.
"Well, I hope she won't for some time. I don't want to fail this village for any reason." He responded simply, slowly dragging himself out of the pool. Come hell or high water, he was just going to go home and rest. Leina seemed to need to go also, maybe he could go with her until they needed to part ways. He supported himself against the wall and took hold of the stone sword, using it for a very awkward crutch to lean on so that he wouldn't fall.
"I could...go with you, Leina. I should get home. The Grotto can only do so much, the rest I need to do on my own." Rei offered, turning slightly to see if she would come.

Leina watched as Rei stood up and grab onto his sword and she nodded lifting herself up as well "Yeah" she said accepting his offer to go back to the village and probably part ways from there while she looked for Kumi and Ishu. She looked towards the Grottos exit and quickly followed Rei to catch up with him. She was sure not to fall a third time. If she did, she would lie there and tell Rei he could go without her, and that she would like to stay there and sleep.
She just shook her head. 'Yeah...Like I would let that happen....' she thought quietly following Rei. She was lost in her own thoughts, though still paying attention where she walking. That is until a loud ringing voice echoed through her mind. 'Leina-nee-chan!'. Leina quickly took hold of the stone wall next to her and looked around wondering where the voice came from until it came back to her again. 'Leina-nee-chan? Are you there?' the voice of a young girl asked quietly. 'Kikiana? What are you doing? You scared me....' Leina thought back looking over at Rei hoping her didnt see her falter.
'Sorry Leina....But mama is mad at you. Ever since I came back without you. That barrier was strong...I couldnt pass it...' the little girl mumbled in Leina's mind. 'Mother was stupid for sending you to come and get me. I dont care if she is mad at me. I cant believe she sent you, an academy student to come get me....' Leina remarked back and stayed quiet for a while.
'What do you want anyways?' the little girls giggles echoed through Leina's mind when she asked the question and she became a bit annoyed. 'Oh just checking on you. Mama knew you used the jutsu and got angry thinking that probably you could have died, that you were stupid for using it even if you knew the consequences, amnesia, loss of strength, even worse death...' Leina shook her head imagining her mother running around angrily. 'Well Im fine okay...' she smiled lightly thinking her sister had stop asking questions. She thought to soon.
'So...Who are you with?' Kikiana thought innocently. 'Huh?' Leina blinked once still following Rei. 'That guy your following. Who is he?' Kikiana asked. 'Oh him? He's another shinobi from the village. We were just leaving the Grotto to go home, well, I still have an errand to do. We came from a mission not long ago thus I used the jutsu for regaining my chakra.....' Leina answered her sisters question. 'Oh....Okay then....I better go...Mama is talking to me, and Im not paying attention. Bye!' Kikiana's thoughts stopped coming to Leina who was shaking her head. She knew Kikiana would get in trouble if their mother knew who she was talking with. She just looked at the exit as they neared it.

Kon hadn't come here since his retreat. It felt good to come back, his stamina coming back as he now sat in the waters and engulfed himself in the blue glow. It realxed all his muscels, and he actualy smiled. "I love it here... Wonder how my freinds are. No, they aren't close to me now. They're shinobi, like myself, but of another village... Another clan... And a whole different world..."
Kon talked to himself for a while, and once his ankle began to feel better after that time. He sat there though, wondering when he would make new "Friends" or when he would finaly be allowed to leave the village to go fight. Do missions, not grunt work...
The water, so calm, seemed to finaly become translucent and he could see down into it, at his toes. He chuckled, but slapped at his reflection in it. He still saw it in him, the regret. He could've been something more, something else. But the way of the Shinobi was what he chose... The regret came with the job, as he was smart, he thought of what he could've done back then to be with his freinds... Family...
He put his face into the water, as if to drown himself. He came up about a minute and a half later, gasping for breath. His leader would think of him as nothing but a pathitic ninja. He feared death, like any living being...
He saw someone pass him as he pulled a hand through his hair.

Kimazui peeked her head around one of the boulders as she peered inside of the dark cavern, the constant sound of water dripping soon filling her ears as she listened carefully. Her fingers coiled carefully around the cold rock as her bright emerald eyes narrowed slightly as she could sort of make out someone’s figure resting in one of the several pools.
“Yo kid, you trying to drown yourself or are trying to have a contest with your imaginary friend to see who can hold their breath the longest?”
Kimazui smiled lightly as she slowly stepped out from around the rock, her pipe hanging upon her bottom lip as a large puff of grey smoke soon clouded up from the end.
Bringing up one of her hands she gently raked her slender fingers through her shaggy bangs, her vibrant pink markings now visible upon her forehead.

He shook his head, as if to dry it off. He looked to where the voice came from. The headband was of his own, which meant most likely a freind. "Please, may you do me the pleasure of refreshing my memory? Your headband says freind, so assuming you are, I am Kon..." He was polite, for being rude was an easy way to death.
The sound of water drops making contact with the rock withen the Grotto seemed to echo throughout the whole place, and withen his ears. He wondered when he would be able to extract power from the water, as many of the other shinobi could. Simply being of Seniority was what made him obey the commands of the higher-ups.
His eyes stared at the kind-lady, trying to go through the library withen his mind for the articules needed. Names... Names...
"Your Kimazui-senpai correct?" He asked, knowing she was ovbiously higher-ranked then he.

Kimazui allowed a soft chuckle to pass through her lips as she slowly reached up to pull the pipe away from her lips, resting it between her fingers as she dropped her hand down to her side. Exhaling slightly a small cloud of smoke blew out from her lips, a sweet fragrance filling the air. Along her many journeys around the world Kimazui had found this one special plant that if smoked it would give off a pleasant smell instead of the usual pungent odor of regular tobacco.
“Yup, that would be me.” She replied with a slight grin before gradually removing her back from the cold stone wall. “So Kon eh? I don’t think I’ve ever seen you around…”
Rattling a few of her fingers against the cold metal of her hitai-ate located around her waist, a soft clag of her nails hitting the steel soon echoing through the air.
“So…whatcha’ doing here all on your lonesome?” Kimazui asked as she gently cocked one of her thin arches in interest as her emerald green eyes seemed to lock onto the younger boy.
