Uhm. Actually NO they don't. The BULGARIANS have Veela's... You know how the Veelas danced for the Bulgarian team at the quidditch world cup? As their mascots? That would suggest - shock horror! - they're bulgarian!
Fleur Delacour is french, yes, but she's only 1/4 Veela.
And because they're from bulgaria, it really bugs me when people give them (really bad) french accents. That's just Fleur. She's the french one.
ninja my bad..lolz. well I'm a bulgarian veela tranferred to britain. I'm just playing here, I don't really mean to argue. heart Verity has an accent because she's Fleur's cousin, who is French!(my rpg character)

Yush. The entire being related to a french person quite closly allows people to have french accents... Because they'd probably come from france.
