Django sighed and shook his head. These Dragons were powerful, no doubt about that, but the team of Dragons here were more so, if they could figure out his weakness. Django stood there and took the blast, the shards just bounced off his skin. Shiro smiled. The defense worked.

He continued to run faster and faster. But before he could get any where closer to them he stopped. He stopped dead in his tracks. He looked at the base and continue to stare at it. His radio buzzed and he went for it. He trembled as he picked it up, and he put it to his ear.
"Return." The dark voice commanded of him.
"But sir I..." He said back.
"Fine, die in the desert." The radio then buzzed loudly cuzing him to back it away and drop it on the sand floor.
A loud ringing could be heard by every one. Once of those kinds that just ring and ring and seem to never end. Ryder then fell to his knees holding his head. The eye begain to start to move on its own. It spun fast and recasted the seal that it had removed apun him. The vains in his face started to puff up with an unknown substance. The eyes intent was clear, it was killing it's host.

The Dragons watched in horror of what was going on. "We have to get it off!" Gypsy yelled. She charged at the Knight Dragon and tried to pry the eye off. "MASTER FIREDRAIK, HELP!!" she yelled. The mages got to work too.

"Get away..." Ryder struggled saying. The eye reacted to their movements and spun. One of the larger vains lifted off the face. It then wraped itself around his mouth and closed it shut. He tried his bast to pry it off himself but it just kept moving through his blood.

Kittyandacat ((-has gotten so lost...-)) As the dragons entered the base the large doors closed behind them. Admatha locked it shut. "Hurry now outlanders...Thanatos wishes to see you."She looked over to the dragon holding the hurt one. "You there, best heal them now...before we see the leader."With a closer look they could all see the base was much larger on the inside. It was cut right into the mountain. A river could be heard under them. Barely, but they could hear one. The river made the base damp and wet in the air, almost like a swamp. It was night and day compared to the outside. In a small room buzzing could be heard. Another dragon walked out of it and lock it as well.  She walked over to them and looked them over. She had a mic head phone set on her head. "Hello! You must be the outlanders! The name is Lynessa I run all the radios used in the valley."((As far as Ryder goes...and the clan attacking...some one turned the artifact in his left eye (yes he got one too) and now it is plaing to kill him ^^))

"I can't believe I'm going to do this...especially in a place like this...." Treble muttered, trembling. It didn't like seeing blood. But, it opened it's mouth and shot a freezing blast of water at the Dragon, which upon contact froze the black knight to the ground, using cryogenics to help save his body, until they could find a way to stop the strange eye that was killing it. Once she had finished the job, she created a barrier around him and set the air inside it to freezing cold too, so that the hot desert air wouldn't melt the ice.

((Woah... So... Odd... Yet... Awesome! ^^))
All three of the Dragons from the Kito Clan stared at the base in awe. It was amazing that something this huge, and lively could exist out in a wasteland. As another one of the Knights walked out of a small room, Zabo made a very uncomfortable face. Just how many were there?
"Yes... I suppose so.. Alex! Come over here please!"
The Mixed Dragon rushed over, her halo swinging back and forth madly.
"Yes Zabo? What is it?"
"I need you to heal this Dragon.. She's badly hurt.. And the Knights suggest she be healed before we see this 'Thanatos'..."
"Thanatos huh? The only Thanatos I know of is Death... It's just his other name. I wonder why this leader of theirs in called Thanatos."
"I don't know.. But I don' think it'll be too hard to find out....."
Zabo cautiously got down on all four of his paws, revealing Freena on his back. He spread his black and white wings out, giving Alexandria some working room.

Ryder could feel his body freeze. The eye also stop spining for the time being. He just couldn't fugure out why they would help him.
Treble could see that the eyes power, or at least where it started was at the full metal eye. If they removed that, maybe they rest of it would die.

The two Knights waited. They seemed oddly on gurad.

"I'll work on healing him. The rest of you should get inside and destroy these eyes!" Treble barked. Firedraik nodded and ran ahead. The rest followed him.

As Zabo and Alexandria worked on healing Freena, the Pimp Earth Dragon was just sitting on the ground. He looked back and forth between the two Knights, a very confused look on his face. He then started to wonder where his Pimp'n chain and hat had gone, and who was holding them hostage.

Freen could feel the pain starting to ease. But she also noticed the knights were looking very nervous, and on guard. She looked out side and saw the many dragons. She reconized Firedrake who was her leader's, Night Star, father. She also saw Scout, Night Star's sister. What's going to happen? And what are they doing to Ryder?
Rune could feel the uneasyness of the dragons around him, they may be at the base, but it didn't seem anymore safe than the town. And who was this mysterious leader?

Lynessa picked up her radio.
"Ryder...do you copy? Over."
The radio buzzed without a sound.
"Ryder! Do you copy!?"
She then rushed to the door and stood in front of it doing something. She was entering some code of some kind. "Admatha...Ryder is down! We have no time to waste any more!"
She nodded and looked to the other dragons. "She is right, we must go now!"

Freena's sensitive ears picked up the word 'Admatha' and she let out a shrill shreak and began trashing around.
Rune saw Freena and wondered why she was acting so strangely until she saw that wicked dragon. He made his way over to her and gave her a glare. "You."
Freena closed her eys and tried to calm down. She slowing stopped trashing and looked outside again. I want to help... She then desided to use her 'power'. Rune's was speed, as was most of Hope Clan, but Freena's was different. She didn't open her eyes and consontrated on sending a message to the ale dragon, Treble.
Tell me, what is going on?

I froze him using magic cryogenics to save his life. These knights, they're being controlled, through these bio-mechanic eyes that if they don't obey their leader, the eye kills them. It's the same with the rest Treble replied.
