Ches started to calm down. She woke up slightly, forgetting she was blind and cuddled closer to Carson.

Ches listened and sang too. "I know that song." she said.

Alice saw Mad and mad saw her. "If you have any question just ask Ace. I have to deal with something." He jogged down the steps and to Alice. "What were you thinking?! What if you got mad? You have no control over your wolf form! If you shifted It would be hell! Did you forget what happened last time you got mad and shifted?!" Alice glared. "You have no right to bring that up! It was and accident!" Mad laughed. "That's my point!" He turned to Okami. "And you! You took her with you!? I don't think that you realize that she could have killed you, herself and anyone else around! I could feed you to the Griffins right now!"

"I see what you mean." Ace said to Koll more than Tavril. "Um, the house was built year ago for Mrs. Wonderlind and her husband. seven people live here actually." He looked at the fight. "That is Mad's lover, Alice, but she has a new pet that he isn't fond of."

"You do?" He said smiling at her voice. "It was always just me and my brother. We used to sing it together when we both got scared, but we have no idea how we know it or what song it is."

"Wow", Tavril said staring at them, "So what ya gonna do about that Mister Mad".

"Shut it." Ace said to Travril.

Mad Glared at Okami then to Alice, but his eyes softened on her. "Your past is your present and your future depends on what you do now. I don't want you to think I'm judging you on your past, but you could have been hurt. Alice," He paused for a moment. "What would your mom have wanted you to do in this situation? Hm? Don't you think she would worry too? You ran off with a guy that I hardly even know and we never know what can set you off." He sighed. "Alice come with me. He has not been here long enough to understand you." Ace pulled Mad back a bit. "To far." He said in a low harsh tone.

Alice closed her eyes and opened then again. "Thank you, but I don't think my mother would have said much to me at all. She would be furious, but then she would ask what his name is. Mad understand please. I did it for Ches." She shook her head. "We can finish this later. Can I please just deal with Gran and then you. It's always easier that way."

Mad realized he had lost his temper, bad and nodded. "Fine, but be careful. She's heated. We can finish this later."

"Oh, Really? It a great song, but i like your voice much better." He said pulling her close.

Ches leaned against him and sang it.

Ace walked away with Tavril and Koll. "Please. This guy is an angel compared to the fights i have to deal with on a day to day basis and i have to watch those damned twins too."

Carson looked up. "Really? You couldn't have played hero about five minutes ago?" He whined holding Ches.

Mad was now in the room to and Conner showed up too. "So, here are the soul of about all the criminals in the county." he set a box on the table. "Enough for a few months." He saw Okami. "Oh, hey your not dead." He smiled at him. "I though Mad was going to go all Vampire on you."

"Not If I go all wolf on him." Mrs. Wonderlind said standing. "You have one chance to say your sorry and explain to me why you did this before i hang your heads like warnings." Alice nudged Okami. "Told you so."
