I know it stems back from Draco, but he never got over being mad at us about it and it still makes me laugh. Ok, Gin, what happened was Seren was eating a cookie, Draco asked her what it was before she began to munch on it and she replied "A whole cookie." He got so mad because he was asking about the cookie's shape, but never was specific and only asked what it had been before. She and I spent the rest of the convo laughing our buns off and he was absolutely furious at us. Accused us of ganging up on him when it was his fault for not being specific. He also got after me, when Seren hung up that night...I still laugh my buns off to this day whenever I think about that convo. He used to complain he always felt like we were ganging up on him, Seren....you'd think if he truly felt that way, he'd stop doing the 3-way calling....*shrugs*....he was glutton for punishment. xd

blaugh Yeah! I hardly think we were ganging up on him. If he wanted to be ganged up on we would pick a more serious topic.
That would be pretty cool Gin, if there was 4 way calling.

I've only picked up on japanese words and a couple of sentences from shows and anime fan friends LOL but It would be fun and possibly useful to actually learn the language... biggrin

Yeah it would. ^_^ It would also help if I was posting more info on the language instead of just using this thread to chat. sweatdrop

*wags finger at Seren, trying to look serious, but failing miserablly* Yes, stop your chatting! How rude to change the subject, that's what we got the other threads for. xd *puts cookies on people's heads before walking out of the room muttering how rude people can be* blaugh xd

*sighs before eating the cookie on top of her head* Since apparantly nobody else will, I shall post a new Japanese vocab list, straight from the holy pages of Anime Insider itself. And it's a list Usa-chan will like.
Butaniku (boo-tah-knee-coo): Pork. Literally "pig meat". Fukuro (fhoo-coo-row): Bag, of paper plastic or cloth. Use these to carry your butaniku home. Gohan (goh-hahn): Rice, food, meal. Literally "cooked rice," but rice is such a staple that it just means "food" anyway. It's like saying "Soup's on!" even when you're not cooking soup. Jagaimo (jah-ga-ee-mo): Potato. Slice it, dice it, boil it, mash it, grind it into flour. Still a potato. Kome (koh-may): Rice. Yes, the Japanese have many words for rice. Kudamono (coo-dah-moe-no): Fruit. Mame (mah-may): Beans. Miruku (mee-roo-coo): Milk. Niku (knee-coo): Meat. Though it just means "meat," it is usually assumed you're talking about beef. Ninjin (neen-jean): Carrot. Goes great with jagaimo and kome. Pan (pahn): Bread. Ringo (reen-goh): Apple. Not the Beatle. Suupaa (soo-paah): Supermarket. Otherwise known as a grocery store. Tamago (ta-mah-goh): Egg. Toriniku (toh-ree-knee-coo): Chicken. Literally "bird meat." Heh, guess this time the tamago came before the toriniku. Yasai (yah-sigh): Vegetables. Wow this list is making me hungry. Yaoya (yah-oh-yah): A small store or stand that only sells produce. A good place to find fresh food, but beware of owners trying to "stretch" their wares.

Eh, that's just nearly exactly transcribed from AI. I wouldn't doubt that there are multiple words for any sort of thing, there usually are in different languages. Besides, 'miruku' just reminds me too much of Miroku from InuYasha (that is if I've spelt his name right).
