It takes awhile for him to get up to speed for just having the bijuu exracted from him. Once he does he continues to train.

Kami justs uses taijutsus so he wouldn't wake the kids. Talos snuggles into her arms.

He continues to train lowering the noise of the lighting.

After about two hours of training and snapping treeis in half quietly he goes and picks up Akiko and sits to take a break with her sleeping in his arms.

After an hour of resting he puts Akiko down and gets up and decides to do push up until his arms give out or until Crusade wakes up either way it was going to be a work out.

crusade crawled onto his back. as the kids slept next to each other on a blanket int he grass. "...hello sweetie." she layed her back on his back as he did push ups.
