Maverick pulls out his Matilda and shot the parasite off David. "Capture that piece of crap! Use the Cryo-Gun!" He commanded. One of the soldiers ran over with a large extinguisher-like gun and fires it at the parasite and freezes it. "Good, get that over to Ryan and Tomei ASAP!" Maverick helps David up. "You alright?"

he saw the soldier's bring in a parasite sample."heads up tomei we got a fresh one here"he said grabbing a sirgine out his back pocket."okay drill into and I inject it with this paralizying it"he said.

Laura sat on the floor holding her leg as she squeezed the bullet out from it. She bit her lip painfully as the bullet fell out. She groaned as blood dribbled down her leg.

A medic came over to Laura. "Let me take a look at your wound, I'll fix you right up." She said. Maverick walked back into the tent with Jin. "Those were all scouts...they're getting smarter. We're running out of time...."

The medic finished stitching up the gun wound and started wrapping it in a fresh bandage. "Almost done...." She said to Laura.

If it gets out of control, we're all screwed. Maybe.... Tomei was studying about a virus similar to this one. She might have ideas of what to do."

Maverick nodded in agreement. "Hopefully she and Ryan something useful we can use to battle them. Pretty soon, the higher ups may resort to...that missile. You know the one I'm talking about...." He said.

He nodded. "If that happens, chances are the virus could become airborne, and cause an even bigger epidemic if it gets blown around," he said.

He kept studying it."two ways if my guess are right,one bites from the infected will turn you into them but without the las-plagas,and two injecting the parasite egg into the person body"he said."your ideas?he asked her.
