Anfisa heard the words but didn't respond right away. She played to the end of the song before pulling the flute down in front of her. A cute smile sat on her face as she looked at the girl. "Th-Thank you!" the girl spoke abashedly, bowing deeply to the girl. When she bowed, she saw the coins on the ground, a little surprised that there were so many coins laying there.

"Ah, is that your boyfriend?" Anfisa started as though the two girls were already friends. Her words were most likely random and more of a spur of the moment rather than deeply thought out. She couldn't see the similarities between the two so they couldn't be sister and brother, and she couldn't see why a single man and woman would be together other than they were on a date.

The girl had noticable flinched at the other girl's words. "A-Ah, is that right? I'm sorry..." she spoke in a more careful tone. Her eyes went over to Apollo once more before darting back onto Keara. The young man was cute but she would never be able to say so unless he was taken. It was just something that she didn't want to say. "Well... I'm glad you like my song..." the girl repeated, squatting down and moving the change into a small pile with her free hand. When most of the coins were gathered together, she put the flute into its case, attaching it to herself before gathering the coins and putting them into a small bag.

The top area of the girl's cheeks turned a very slight pinkish color as she looked up at the man with a large smile. She nodded her head once though it was done with a little too much forcefulness. "Mm! Thank you!" she spoke happily.
It was hard to say what it was but the girl felt warmed by Apollo's words. Though she wouldn't understand it, she had already developed an extremely shallow, appearance-based crush on him.
She opened her mouth to ask whether she could tag along with the two but before she could say a word, another voice came in. "Anfisa! Did I not tell you to stay close to the temple?!" the old man's voice came. The girl quickly straightened her posture and her face became noticablely red.
"Gr-Grand- Er... Sir!" the girl started, sounding very flustered. At the temple, it was alright to call him grandpa, but in the city, he was one of the highest-ranking officials. "I... did stay close..." she spoke again, softer.
"Do you know how close you are to the east side?" the old man started before taking her by the wrist, "And you have that too... I thought we had already gone over this. Do you really-"
"But I don't want to clean the floors again!"

"Good." When Mickey had said he'd at the least buy his food, Claw took his arm off her shoulder. "'Cuz I'm hungry." His arms went to being placed on his hips, and he waited for the rest of the group to get ready to go. 'Any day now...' he thought with a roll of his eyes. 'They expect that stupid fruit I ate awhile ago to fill me up, didn't they?'

"What's taking so long?" The boy's voice was on the edge of starting to sound adgitated(sp?). He frowned, and looked back at where Hari was. Why wouldn't he hurry them up? Did he like to see them all stranded here like this?

Holt's jog slowed to a walk, and then he ducked into a crouch on the ground. His tail snaked along the soft grass as the boy crept closer and closer to a thickly vined tree. In it's branches sat a mongie; it's fur a deep golden red-orange hue. It had the same think build up, and thick tusks jutting out from its bottom jaw as the mongies on the island had. But the orange-red hue of brown fur was what set it apart from the deep red fur of the island mongies.
Holt moved slowly at first. Thankfully, he was down wind at the moment. He crept closer and closer, until he was at the route of the tree. In a bound, he could have the beast in his paws!
A quick gust of wind from behind Holt changed that all. The mongie caught his scent at once, and bounded away, screaching and howling furiously. Holt scrambled up the tree in a futile attempt to catch the mongie, but it had had the extra time to get away.
Now Holt sat in the branches where it had been moments ago, where only the scraps of what the mongie had been eating remained. His blue eyes gazed over the limbs. Sure, there were pleanty of mongies in the forest... but they yelled loud enough to warn their fellow species off. Holt scratched the back of his head with a paw, and let out a long sigh.
