Eboni nodded. "This would be a wonderful place to live." She smiled up at him. "You could always live here and visit them, right?" Eboni brushed up against his side in an attempt to comfort him.

Hiro nodded. "Yeah, I guess I could." He stopped, reaching the top and looked to his right looking into the cave. The menyhert pondered upon whether to walk into the cave or just wait out here. "Hello?" He called out into the cave in a deep voice.

Eboni reached the top shortly after Hiro, and stood next to him. She peered into the cave. "Anyone in there?" Eboni curiously shouted into the cave after Hiro.

Hiro frowned. "I don't think so." He had really hoped there was.. "Stay behind me, okay? I don't want you to be attacked.." He slowly prowled inside, searching for anyone. The menyhert investigated and saw nothing. He sniffed a few things smelling that their scents were old. "Odd.."

Eboni followed and did as she was told. However, she had to speak her mind. "For the record, Hiro, I do know how to fight. I'm not as weak as you think I am." She stated bluntly with a smirk. Having gotten that out, she began to look around. She sniffed at something she couldn't identify, and scrunched her nose in disgust. She swiveled her head around trying to rid herself of the putrid smell. "What's odd?"

Hiro's ears flicked back. "Mmn, I'm sorry." The menyhert was so used to protecting his little sister. She practically said the same thing to him. The lion moved away, catching onto the scent also and cringed. "I find it's odd there's no one here." 'Maybe they're on vacation.' He thought to himself.

Eboni smiled. "Don't worry about it, sugar." Eboni walked to the back of the cave, feeling it with a paw. "Well, perhaps they're having a party...elsewhere..." She was at as much of a loss as Hiro.

Hiro nodded. "Hn, possibly.." His silver eyes searched for any clues that would help identify where the pridelander lions were. "Should we stay or come again another time..?"

Eboni looked around. "Well, unless you have a thing for putrid smelling objects, I suggest that we come back another time." She walked up next to him. "Or at the very least wander around the area a bit..." She grinned. "Perhaps we'll find someone!"
((If I don't respond for awhile, it's because my cousins are coming to visit. I can't guarantee online time with them here. confused ))

Hiro turned to Eboni, quirking a brow. "I did not mean here in the cave, I meant in the area." He paused. "I mean, it would just be a hassle to go back to the mainlands then just go back to the pridelands." The lion watched as Eboni drew closer to him. "Mmn, possibly." He glanced away. "Perhaps, and then return when there is news of anyone's arrival." He soon started to trot outside, taking the lead.

Eboni chuckled at Hiro and then followed. She trotted up alongside him and plastered herself to his side, just to see his reaction. She made no eye contact whatsoever, but a smirk was on her face.

Hiro blushed, feeling her body directly against him. He was tempted to push himself away but he was afraid he would make it seem like he did not want to be around. His silver eyes darted around looking a means of a distraction so that he could regain his normal heartbeat. He hadn't realized the fluttering of his heart. The menyhert scoffed, looking at the sun set to his side. He smiled softly, loving the orange glow it had on the lands. He nudged Eboni to see.

Feeling his nudge, Eboni glanced at Hiro, and followed his gaze to the sunset. "It's beautiful." She smiled warmly as she gazed off into the distance. Her tail swished around, and accidently whapped Hiro on his side. She hadn't even noticed.

Hiro froze up once more, he could never get used to having such a pretty lioness touching him. His cheeks felt hot and he tried to scoff, but thought that would further embaress him.
"Soo.. What're we going to do now?" His cheeks still felt a bit warm, but had to deal with it nonetheless.

Eboni looked at her feet in thought. "Hmmm..." Her eyes suddenly lit up and she looked in Hiro's direction, smirking. She moved closer to him and positioned her mouth next to his ear. "You're it." She whispered as she whapped him gently with a paw. She bolted off of pride rock and onto the grass, running as fast as she could.
