I finaly had to fight Id out of his gear. sheash hes tuff.... and on my fith try i beat him with my hole party still alive. figured out to not waste time powering the ap bar up and unleashing a massive combo. and i found billy is an excelent healer... i used him for healing as i found he could hit Id with his guns.
Id...... id realy like to know who came up with his name....

Well what do you expect? Id is supposed to have the power to kill god, so he's supposed to be tough. Too bad he's a complete pansy in his gear... v_v And if I do recall Id did in fact stand for something, but it's been a long time since I played Xenogears. And dude... Billy rules. He's not as great as say... Citan, who owns everyone and every thing, but he's very very useful.

isn't Id fei thou? doe that mean at the end of the game fei can destroy mechs with his bare hands?
and someone told me you get a little girl to join your party at some point. when does this hapen? i'm geting close to going into the tower of babel.. (why does it seem so many rpgs have bits and chunks of religions mixed into them xp ?)
ow and for some reason citan whont learn his XX death blow.
its at 100 and the green bar vanished. do you know why this is?
and billy oddly enough has a gap between 2 of his death blows. he was learning his square, triangle, X death blow and then as it neaed finish his xx deathblow started to train and it trained fast O.O but the triangle, square, X deathblow hasn't apeared on the list.
and grahf looks like he has a big fuzzy booger hanging out his nose xp

Yes Id and Fei are one in the same, and yeah Fei probably could if he wanted to. But I was able to destroy mechs early on with my bare hands anyway. blaugh But wait till you get the upped versions of his gear... You'll see what true power is when that happens.
Yes you get a little girl later on after Babel. She's pretty wicked too since well you'll see for yourself. And you probably haven't learned the deathblow yet as levels are apart of gaining them, so you probably aren't at the correct level yet. Yeah that sometimes does happen with deathblows but as long as you learn them all it's all good.
What?! Blasphemy! Grahf is hardcore! He was a great villian! Though Id is still better. 3nodding

stone... when you finaly fight him... he looks like someone skinned him.
ahh i beat him on my first try. gah i hate atatck they do after they die... espeshily when the stupid boss keeps halfing hp over and over.
well time to go upgrade my gears and repair them.

Dude Stone was nothing... wait till you face Miang and that other dude, Ramsius? I don't remember his name, the guy who thinks he is nothing but trash. xp The final bout with them is probably one of the hardest in the game. Especially that dude... he has an attack that will lower ALL of your gears to one hp. x.x It was so annoying and right after him you have to fight Miang WITHOUT healing or refueling your gears. Gah.. that was such an annoying part.

gah! i can't figure out... which engine to upgrade my gears with.
the E20-2700?
or the R23-3000
or the V28-2200
.......
and i ahve no clue what the output even does.... or let alone the response stat.

Output increases attack if I recall, and response is pretty much evasion. Though at times I usually go with what produces the most fuel, since using boost can be a great thing most of the time for the slower gears and can allow special attacks once they become available.

ive alredy fought thoes 3 times twice in the capital bart is suposted to be ruleing over. just full ap combo kills him in bolth fights. and then under water.... aftder that i didn't have fei for awhile.
and miang.. mei or something... isn't she that woman from the cinema that you get if you just sit at the tital screen for awhile? she seems to have some special powers... and i think i once found a fan site on her and it said shes some goddess or something.
ow is there another little girl who joins you party named emeralda or something? i saw a guid on game faqs when i was looking on what specific key combo does what deathblow and saw a guide on how to make emeralda an adault.
and thanks on the engine part i'll go for the best fuel output combo then..... except i don't have much money left. the z alloy 30/10 took up 10k per gear and it expensive to try keeping every single gear up to date with the best parts... gah only enough cash to buy a new engine for fei... wel fei is one of my best chars (rico is strong but he has a hard time hitting anything xp ) so i'll just upgrade him then fix and refuel my egars. yes i liek to actiavte the booster alot of the time. it realy helps when your chars are slow and yah need to atatck a quick foe. i didn't know it allows you to perform special attacks though.

No no no... later on you fight them both in really powerful gears towards the end of the game. And yeah Miang is somewhat of a goddess... but there is more to her than just her special powers, which I won't go into as it would spoil much of the game. And that woman in that cinema is Miang... to some extent. ninja
Yeah Emeralda who friggin owns, as she is the only character to rival Citan's immense speed. Though Citan is still god due to the fact that he can heal AND gets a sword later on. biggrin Making him the strongest character outside of a gear.
Well it's good to have a lot of fuel because of booster and for the fix frames you can equip as they can eat your fuel pretty quickly. Yeah later on some gears (namely Elly, Bart, and Fei) gain special commands that are very helpful but will eat your fuel drastically. Especially Fei... but his is worth it beyond compare. But you won't see them till you get Weltall-2.

billy gained a new special comand from taht fight with teh giant gear. billy and elly shure made the climb in the tower easy as eevrything was weak to etehr atatcks. and billy has that non element etehr gun on his gear.
well i'm in tehf lying city... and i just found a gear shop... but blast it i just upgraded my gears and this place is even more expensive!!!! crying wah!!!!!! i can't aford to do barely any upgradeing..... ok i was able to fully upgrade weltall-1 and i gave elly's gear a hp upgrade.... but i can't afford to upgrade any more... man the mobs need to start droping much bigger cash if they expect me too keep up with the upgradeing to keep up against the intense damage thoes mobs are starting to do.

I hardly ever used Elly. My final team was Bart, Fei, and Citan since it was the more well rounded team. But that didn't stop me from training everyone else to get all their deathblows. Yeah Billy gets that new attack, and Elly should be able to use the Aerods by now as well.
You're having trouble with money? O.o I never had much trouble except for very early on in the game. But then again I was constantly training so money was never an issue.

ellys aerods blow everything weak to ether attack to peaces. just east up her fuel alot.and balst it its going to be awhile before i can train again i'm forced to to be in an area with monsters i can't hurt more then a coulpe hp.
in fact one type runs up at the begining of abttle and eats all my chars mp.. or ether points or whatever they call them in this game.
and i now i'm going to be running into gear fights once i'm out so my guys will be hurting because i could only upgrade one of them.
D.O. do all the chars otehr then elly have a new mech by the end of the game? as the story seems to subjest tehres more then one omnegear.
