John Bellamy
You were once a vampire? I'd have never guessed. I guess that explains the hair ...

Yes, I've seen pictures of that hair... (oggles his profile picture) and I must say if he ever dressed as a vampire....

He could leave marks on me any day wink redface

to put it in simple terms, here's a video. Toby says everything I've ever thought!

Great vid. xd And I can definitely see his point. Though I still look forward to September 19th as it has become "excuse to talk about pirates day" for me. Suddendly my usually disinterested friends actually want to hear about pirate lore, which is always fun.

On a completely different and totally unprovoked or precedented topic I've been trying to alter my wardrobe to include items that are similar to those fashions popular during the golden age, but being subtle enough so that I don't look like I just walked out of a renaissance fair. Anyone else ever tried this? I have to say it's very difficult to find a "modern" looking tricorne.

how about these:

lawl, you know you want that hat

I can certainly see why you'd like the hat, Zam, but somehow it seems contrary to my aim of wearing 1700's clothing whilst not looking too conspicuous:
Not only would I be dressed in out-of-date clothing I'd also be a transvestite. xp

Rest-of-ya':~- "Yes, dear ol' Jack was a Vampyre RP'er in his younger years. It's been a long time since.. though his Vampyric Days definitley played apart in his early days aboard the Lady - it kind of explains his age.

Hmm... well, I've "disappeared", but that doesn't mean I can't post in here.

For those new people: Hello, I'm Captain Wickit, founder of this maddened guild. Of course I'm quite mad myself (I left the island in the hands of a French man/woman after all, I love you Zam)

Anyways, I've finally got a good lead on the whole immortality thing (something I've been searching for since I came to Gaia, and a good part of the reason I started this guild) Oh and I'm so close... but I won't be around for awhile when it comes to role play, off in secret guilds and organizations for my questing.

So Jack... I hear's you were taken away by those that call themselves the crown. I'm hoping you've got a rescue party... I'd be daft, drunk and drowned if I let you hang.

New People: I am a nut in these parts. Best stay away from me and my uncle. I dislike pre-approved cannon fodder/have low tolerance for newer members/play the part of the grumpy (as Wickit puts it) old guy.

However, for those of you interested in the history of the guild and the whereabouts of certain objects or event places, I am your man. I also hold a decent account of profiles of various people on the Isle. THese include the High Council, NPC's, and familars.

@Kurisutofa: Well that explains a lot. Thank you for clarifying the mix-up, as I was extremely skeptical.

Oh my pleasure. Any other questions for me while we're at it?
I love to have that feeling of having taught my juniors something special.

Oh, to be young...

*coughs* I do. Hell, I've gone swimming in an outdoors pool on Christmas Day several years in a row. One of the many oddities that comes with being a Floridian. Shorts at Thanksgiving, and sandals at Christmas. *sighs* I'd give anything to be able to use my fireplace during the winter more often.
