"No!" Saro said, a little louder than necessary. "You don't know them, please don't try to pick a fight with them." she begged, worried.

"You shouldn't need it." They're assassins. One works with poisons. Don't give them a reason to hurt you. I can only do so much, partially because I'm the youngest of the family. she thought loudly, hoping Marin would hear.

"They are my family." she said aloud.

"We're different than the rest of them. I have this inn, Cyric, well, he's just himself." she siad with a smile. "Just keep your mouth shut and don't mention anything like that. You, and he, will never hear the end of it." she said sternly, wondering why the girl wouldn't understand.

"I don't know." she said, annoyance evident in her voice. I only told him you like him. Now hush. she thought sternly, once again trusting that the girl would hear her.

Cyric came back in, relief evident on his face. "They're going to help the traders set up, as they'll leave tomorrow afternoon. Unfortunatly, Rose and the others'll be here longer, I don't how long it'll take until we can get rid of them. You are willing to kick them out if we have to?" he asked hesitantly.She grinned and nodded. "Of course. It's been over a year since the last time..." she said, trailing off.
He seemed relieved by her answer, though for reasons none of the others would be able to understand.

Ikaran went half up the stairs and then 'hid his light', taking an immaterial state. He went back down and listened to them speak before flying back up into his room and then 'revealing his light', making himself material again.
Rrazpe just listened. If Saro had to kick them out, he'd be the one doing more of the kicking.

Told ya so she thought, looking at Cyric as she thought it. He sighed, annoyed that she'd understood his expression as the girl kept staring at him. He looked to the door, then back to Saro. "They'll be here in a minute or so." he said as he sat down on one of the stools.

They came in, two girls and a man, all who looked older than Saro and Cyric.
Saro forced a smile, thankful that Cyric was the only of her family that could read minds.
The first girl came forward, pulling over her brother and sister. "Wonderful to see you again, why did you leave?" she asked.
"You know why Kari." she sighed.
"Rrazpe, Merin, this is Kari, Rose , and Emmett." she said quickly, motioning in their general direction as she introduced them.
They simply nodded, as Emmett looked at Merit, not looking away.
"Emmett." Cyric said sharply, warning in his tone.
Emmett looked to Cyric, grinning.
"You won't touch them." Cyric said coldly, glaring at Emmett and shifting it to the two girls as well.
"There's no reason we would some of them." Rosalie scoffed, glancing at Rrazpe as she said it.

Rrazpe just watched, not commenting in any way. His eyes had a somewhat reddish purple to them.
