im not sure how/what to fill

i have used the "Point-Buy" method to get the following stats:
17,14,13,11,10,9
and that how far I've done, reading .pdf is taxing for some reason
I'll try to put more effort to understand how i fill it out
str 14, con 13, dex 11(+2), int 17(+2), wis 10, cha 9,

I'd recommend against odd stats (which do nothing compared to an even stat one point lower) and while Scythe + Aegis of Assault is cool, I feel obligated to inform you that b*****d Sword + Aegis of Shielding is a lot better statistically. b*****d Swords deal more damage and are one-handed (meaning you get an extra +2 AC from that one Swordmage ability). Aegis of Assault is arguably just a bad version of what Fighters get (since you only get your free hit if your ally takes damage, which is exactly what you want to avoid), whereas Aegis of Shielding has no equivalent anywhere else.

That said, don't let me stop you, I'm just giving you the numbers.

As for the rest of the sheet... you pretty much filled out everything, really. Calculate your gear and how much money you have left, pick your 1st level powers (2 at-will, 1 Encounter, 1 Daily), and pick your feat (I recommend Weapon Proficiency b*****d Sword if you're willing to give up Scythes, or Intelligent Blademaster if not).
