Dante held up the sketch to Claire. The basic concept showing through. "I have a little of a engineering side sometimes..." He said. Slightly embarrassed as not a whole lot of people in the brotherhood knew about his urge to create and make better equipment. His pipboy lit up. Showing him that he had acquired two more members in his squad. One of them had a very familiar name. "We have Dr. Alexi Sanyusen back. Hopefully between the two of you this," He gestured to the sketch grunting in pain as some of the meds started to wear off. "Will become a reality much sooner."

The APC slowed to a stop as it parked in the EMS garage. Opening the back door ramp slowly, Dr. Sanyusen peeked around the department that he used to operate a long time back.
"Thanks for the lift boys!" called Alex to the medics driving the APC as walked down the back ramp with his bags. Opening the side door to the main hall, Alexi walked slowly back to his office, taking in the sights of the Medical Center and noting any changes.
"Place is under new management I guess..."mumbled Alexi to himself as he noted the new signs on the offices in the physician hall. He stopped in front of his office and reached into his lab-coat for his keys. The black embossed letters on his office door depicted his name, but were slowly turning grey from accumulated dust and neglect. Taking a deep breath, Dr. Sanyusen blew the powdery dust away before opening the door. He was back home.

Studying the finely detailed pencil strokes that made out a blueprint to what surprisingly able to read as the cybernetic modifications he'd mentioned before, Claira hesitated for quite a while before nodding a little, "...This is- I can work with this! If-if I can find these, I should be able to...", she sort of spurted off excitedly, before drifting off in thought again.
"A-...another Doctor? -OH, yes, I think I read that name on my way in. If it's alright with you, Sir, I'd like to see if I can find him and ask for his assistance on this. If I were to show him your drawing, maybe we can have you on your feet sooner...", Finally a pleased smile spread across her lips rather than her usual nervous forced one. She'd make sure to check in on Zaid once more before wandering off again.

Alexi closed the door of his office behind him and put his bags on the ground. He had pulled white sheets over his couch and desk before he left to keep the dust from ruining them. With a flourish, Alexandre pulled both covers and happily noted that they achieved their purpose, both the desk and sofa were similar to how he had left them.
Dr. Sanyusen unpacked quickly, rearranging his bookcase and rearranging his desk. Within 20 minutes he was done and sat down in his desk chair to relax.
Office sweet office.

Dante smiled at Claire's antics, she was quite the amusing one to have around. Grunting in pain as he shifted towards her a bit he said, "Of course you can have Dr. Sanyusen help you, I'd have it no other way. You can learn from the best." He knew the doctor was one of the best the Brotherhood ever had. If Claire had to learn from anyone, it should be him.

Pleased with the approval, Claira excused herself again, taking the the drawn on sheet of notebook paper with her. The staff was taking care of Zaid just as she'd expected, and he must have been recovering pretty quickly for him to be giving them trouble already. "You're not going to heal right if you don't stop kicking around like this Zaid...", She said with a quiet groan after pushing a path through the nurse crowd again, idly pressing her palm against his shoulder as if that would hold him down at all.

His eyes kept moving between the doctor and her hand pressing against his shoulder before he sighed and let his lips open up letting his voice out as he said "I'm not going to cause any problems, I just need my clothes having my a** hanging out is not a pretty sight." usually he wouldn't use such language but it might be the meds still working in his brain, he was still sitting up propped with his elbows as he asked "And just when can I get out and return to active duty?" he was restless when it came to the brotherhood and it's missions, he wanted to make sure that he doesn't miss any.

Alexi opened the door of the officer's ward quietly. It was mostly empty, as always. The Med Center had been designed for a multiple casualty incident, not fully functional hospital operations. In fact, it seemed that the 2nd story ward had been deactivated completely to save energy and resources, no doubt the staff had left protocols behind for its rapid reactivation.
Alexi heard voices in the far corner of the room. The new intern, it seemed, was working on a patient.
Time to see what she's about, thought Alexi as he approached the bed. Moving silently, Alexi got behind the new doctor and leaned against the wall of the ward.

She nodded, pulling away to look over the charts and files for a moment to better judge when he'd be safe to leave, though being fresh out of surgery really, he shouldn't have even been safe to move as much as he was. "As impatient as you are, I have to say your soldier types heal up pretty quickly... 'almost makes up for the constant need to be patched up.", Claira commented with a light smile, "It shouldn't be to long, in a few days your body will have at least healed up just enough so that you won't fall apart anyway. As for your clothes, you really 'ought to wait until you can be let out, in case anything goes wrong in the meantime...". Muttering more commands to the assistants standing off to the side, she started to turn to leave, "I'll come back to check on you later, but try not to get so antsy. I don't want to have to re-stitch you...".
['course you can go though, after this with Dante I'll just post summaries of the days after while you'd otherwise would be just waiting. muscle therapy and all that s**t]
Now with that out of the way for the most part, Claira could finally really start to help Dante get on his feet again. Feeling a bit more positive now with at least the basics of a plan ready, she turned in a hurry to rush off to the doctor's offices- and jolted in surprise to find someone behind her, "-hHA ah, oh lord- Sorry! s-...you, ah...". Clearing her throat nervously, she stood a bit straighter, taking note of the man's uniform she assumed him a doctor, though she was still unfamiliar with the rest in this hospital. "s-Sir...Uhm, Hello. I apologize- Claira Mendez, newest medical initiate.".

Zaid let out another heavy sigh declaring his silent unsatisfaction before he laid down and waved to Alexi "She's good doc." he stated his judgement before he let his hand fall to his side and he seemed to just stare into the roof above him.

((I was actually kinda far behind you, I didn't want to look like a creeper. Too late now! ROFL! Also, if you are at all unfamiliar with the terms I'm using, please ask me!))
Alexi smiled warmly, "Relax doctor, I'm not your drill sergeant. I just came to see if the patients were attended to, which, as I can see, they are. And quite competently too. "
Dr. Sanyusen smiled and nodded in Zaid's direction before returning to Claira, "Oh! How rude of me to not introduce myself! My name is Doctor Alexandre Sanyusen or simply Alexi to friends and colleagues. I'll be your attending while you finish your residency here, so feel free to ask me any questions at all, I'll be working on some genetics research, so I'll be around quite a bit! I believe you've seen my office, its the one right next to yours, and my pager number has been automatically uploaded to your pip boy, in case you need to contact me in an emergency. "
Alexi smiled again and turned around, indicating that Claira should follow. Looking over his shoulder, Alexi asked, "So where do you come from again Claira?"

Dante smiled as the two medical personnel met. He continued to sketch on a pad. He had no intention on just getting patched up. If he was getting something done, he wanted to get a severe upgrade out of the deal. On the paper there was a face, the right eye was circled with an arrow pointing to another eye. This one looked mechanical. He had written Zoom. Night. Thermal? Next to it. He also drew an arrow pointing to the body of the generic human. There was also something written off to the side of the arrow. Dermal Impact... He continued sketching. Dante was going to make sure that he would be an asset to the Brotherhood.

Office? She hadn't even taken the time to 'settle in', so to speak once, she'd stepped in the hospital doors.
I have an office? She asked herself as she heistated just a bit while nibbling on the back of her bottom lip, before stepping up to follow him, "I-it's nice to meet you, Sir. I was worried that I would have needed another Doctor's opinion before working on Zaid, but it seemed to me that he was in dire need of immediate help...". The subject change calmed her enough to not fidget as she had been, at least for the moment, "Well, I suppose you could say I'm not from a specific location... 'Family did a lot of trading so we never stayed to long in one town, a few months at most and we traveled more often in the southeast.", she mused a little, while idly pawing her hands together, "... 'and you, Sir?". Claira still didn't quite feel comfortable enough to lay off on the formalities.

Alexi walked out of the ward with Claira behind him, pushing up the door to the medical offices, he walked into the Doctor's lounge and hit the vending machine with his fist, causing a bag of chips to fall to the bottom of the receptacle.
Alexi smiled as he heard Claira's story. It was rare for a nomad to get the scientific knowhow to become a doctor, but it happened nonetheless. "Want some?" said Alexi as he held the bag out to Claira. "I'm from a vault in what used to be Chicago, learned medicine from the vault university and did a bunch of research in random labs before coming here. I've been the main medical doctor here on and off for a few years. I often have to leave for research related purposes, but I come back to check on the Medical Center and keep the logistics running. Oh! before we leave again, I'd like to point out your office, in case you haven't checked it out yet. It'll be your home, away from home." explained Alexi as he stepped out of the doctor's workroom to point at the office down the hall.
"Now back to more serious matters," said Alexi as he started walking again back towards the officer's ward, Claira in tow. "Whats your appraisal of Zaid?" asked Alexi as they once again entered the officer's ward and entered Zaid's room.
