I should do something about my interest in Asians. I think I will pay this fraternity a visit! This thirst for Asian must be quenched.

Being an anime otaku, I would listen to various Japanese songs. Though they were NOT rock because they came from animes and most of them are pop-songs, they were still good. (None of the were Gackt, thank Ra.) My girlfriend is half-Japanese and got some Dir en grey albums for her birthday. Me, curious as to what the hell it sounded like, asked if I could listen. She said no for some reason. So, blah. I went on a quest to find out what the hell this band was.
So, I found one mp3 (eh... it was just one, I bought the album later to make up for it), and listened to it. Cage. Good song. I liked it very much. The next day she let me listen to Kisou and Vulgar and I liked them too.
Soooo, I was hyped on this music and how good it was. So pretty soon I had gotten myself into Pierrot, MUCC, cali≠gari, Inugami Circus-dan (don't know where the hell I heard them, too o_o;; ), Malice Mizer (even though I BARELY listen to them), Plastic Tree, X Japan, hide and so much more. (It was like... two weeks after I started listening to Dir en grey when I decided to find out what they looked like XD)
Of course, at the time, I never really listened to ANY kind of music, so I bought as many jrock albums as I could. I can't get any anymore because of my family's lack of money (BIG lack of money. We might lose our house any day now), but I do the best I can to support artists and whatnot.
And that's my really stupid and pointless story. Now I must go eat before I puke from not eating. x.x

It's ok to download music. Don't sweat it and waste all of your money on CDs. Don't download an MP3 and then buy the entire album 'just to make up for it.' That's just silly.

I saw it when I used to go to the anime club meetings. Then I just downloaded them from Kazaa Lite.

I saw it once on Cartoon Network.
Anime club? lol I might look around the activities fair to see if there are any clubs here worth joining. I should start a Japanese music club and call it soundLOUNGE.
