Tiamat sat and thought to himself while looking at Genkuro of the dragon riders of old. The wonderous time when dragon and fox once soured the skiesm as one and clearing this continent of dangers for those that live below.

It was then that it was slightly evident to those around of a painful memory. The memory of the humans and their companions from balduvia who would capture and experiment on their kind and the kitsune who hid in their villages when this great threat came. This was not the full case though as some riders did remain such as Golden tail, night paw and Obsidiahn Tail. Three great soldiers that held the lines until the dispantion order was finally issued by bahamut himself as the eforts were futile. The attackers soon became weary of this land and left with their prizes they left with hatred in their hearts much like the hatred that the human swordsman beside him held.

These memories were not just in the dragons mind but could be seen via a flash of images in the minds of those anearby who were acute with their senses.

Already a bit frustrated from sitting on a dragon, katrea didn't like the way Genkuro spoke to him and snapped back at him.

"Look, i didn’t and even if it was the case that i did, what do you want me to say, sorry. Its like this, they tried to kill us you know, kill or be killed."

This may have been a bad way to talk to him right now but katrea didn't care right now. He pushed off the dragon and started hating the idea of riding for so long. he muttered to himself

"Why do we have to go by dragon, it might eat us."

Greed heard what Maki had said about him, he was trying to think to combine two spells into one for the final fight. He knew if he combine the two spells he life would be lost shortly after the spell would be cast due to the fact of the required energy. "We are appraoching the Mist continent Maki and Siris"

"Don't pretend you're the victim here, what is your ultimate goal in all of this, does it even involve saving the innocents enslaved to dark tail. Tell me, what do you want.?

Genkuro believed Katrea's plea for innocence but the Kitsune in that village didn't hold too much threat, they could be subdued without a fatal blow.
Genkuro felt ready to fight, he needed to throw out some of his anger. The emotions rising in his gut weren't just going to subside.

"It used to be clear what i wanted, revenge, but now it not easy the line was to thin, but i try to do what’s right. Can you say the same Genkuro do you honestly try to do what’s right, is letting a people that might be lost, kill people that are here and now truly a good thing?"

Katrea found himself growing more frustrated with this situation. He pulled out his sword and stabbed it into the soil, it was a threatening manner to try and make Genkuro back off. Katrea was sure his sword threat wouldn’t effect Genkuro to much as he already had shown his wasn’t scared to fight.

"Maybe I just want to be strong, strong for those around me, and find my beliefs by being strong."

Katrea pulled his sword from the ground and held it up at the spear with two hands firmly on the handle.

"And I don't see how such a narrow minded person could fight dark tail, because in the end he is one of your people and could you kill him knowing it would be like killing a brother."

His sword now touched the tip of the spear and the wind went dead, not even leaves fell in the background. Katrea's eyes met with Genkuro's as nether of them blinked.
