"Crap!" Throwing his arms in front of his face as the barrage laced into him, he took the brunt of the attack. Dust and stone chunks flew as the floor became obscured. When the dust cleared Atsu's arms were destroyed and the rest of him was scarred with laser burns.

*by this time, the Guyver is fully in control of himself again. The suit automatically went into self preservation mode the second Kura attacked.
Able to see what has been going clearly now the Guyver lets out a horrible machine like scream for a minute, then just dissapears*
((the talking that it did was done by the suit, controlling Gabriel))

Coming back to reality Ianthe sees Atsu and tries to not scream as she runs over to help, and starts trying to treat his many wounds.

"I'll be alright," He says to his daughter as he sits up. "Man I love this technique," As he looks down at his arm stumps and blasted body. Looking about he doesn't see any sign of the machine that attacked him, sighing he crossed his legs in a meditative style seating arrangement. Looking again at Ianthe, "Could you gather up the chunks of me that seem to be strewn about now? Just toss them on my lap here, I need to get fixed up incase it comes back."

Trying to mask her concern and the growing fear she didn't want to acknowledge, Ianthe went about the requested work with silent care and dillegence.

Atsu sat perfectly still and began to concentrate. The blast marks in him began to heal over as the stone shifted around. As Ianthe gathered the chunks and brought them back in contact with him, the melted into him and his arms began to grow back.

Relieved that Atsu seemed able to recover as she deposited the last pieces in his lap, Ianthe teased nervously, "I think you may have to show me that technique too."

As his hands and then fingers finished, he smiled at his daughter. "This technique was our clan's specialites, and it has saved me many times over. It is yours to learn, but it will not be easy." Standing he looked around a little, then saw a small opening in the cliff wall. Ducking inside he settled down, "Now though I'm going to have to rest for a bit. Nothing comes without it's price." Shifting back to normal, his shoulders sagged with weariness, as he relaxed against the alcove wall.

*Panda, who had long since fallen asleep, slowly awoke from her slumber. Gingerly climbing down from the tree tops she started to walk towards the nearest figure. Seeing it was Ianthe she called out.*
"Salutations..... is the battle over already?"

Seeing Panda approach she replied, "I am not really sure. The metal creature who was fighting Atsu and I left though. I am afraid I was not much help, though."

*Botanika is wandering next to a stream, while reading very detailed instuctions on the location of the Temple of the Warrior Monks.*
...and when I reach the stream, I have to follow it. I can do that...*her stomach growls*...as soon as I get something to eat. *She opens her pack and takes out an apple, and chows down.*

After a little while, Atsu groaned and woke once more. "What'd I miss?" He asked his daughter as he rubbed his eyes and sat up. "Anything exciting happen?"

Seeing Atsu awake, she let out a sigh of relief replying, "Not really Panda came by earlier but that was about it."
