Mae was startled by Raven's voice. "You're up?" then, regaining his composure, he said. "Sure thing, I'll go get a saw." With that, he did, and then cut the board. "There you are. How are you doing now?"

Raven smiled and he looked over to Mae and shook his head. "Surviving." He said with a smile. "I just going to make this splint up out of some ductape I suppose." He said with a laugh. "Guess I will be whering long sleve shirts for a while." He stated, smirking and giving Mae a nudge. "Just...don't worry about me man. It will all work out." He said with a nod, and with that he walked down to the lower decks, searched and retreived some ductape and began taping the plank of wood to his painfully streightened arm. He after that put on a button up white long sleve shirt and went back up to the top deck. It had over-all taken about half an hour. He walked back to Mae and laughed. "Am I ever feeling stiff." He said with a grin.

Jule tried a move, but didn;t move herfeet like she should have, one of her own ideas sadly and tripped,, landing with a dull 'umph!". But otherwise her sword just slid across the ground. Sitting up and brushing herself off. Walking over and getting her sword, shaking her head. Trying out an easy slash again. "I'll get better... maybe not that good yet.. but I can't let mistakes take away my want to get better.." She spoke to herself quietly.

Mae smiled "Yeah, you would. You look lovely, that splint really brings out your eyes" he raised his hand to his mouth to hide his smirk. "So what do you do now? Become left handed?"

Sat down and rested, laying her sword beside her. Looking at the water quietly as her tail twitched lightly.

Pygmi-chan Pygmi stared at him a moment. "I coulda taken him," she said half jokingly, her eyes grew solmn as she watched him. She'd always had him when she needed someone to pick her up and make sure that everything was alright. Even though she knew that, she could feel something changing between them. "I didn't get you beat up did I?" she asked looking towards the wall. *He sat on the end of the bed staring at the wall, a small smile came over his face. The warmth washed over him and for dagoth he was a little unsure of what was going on. He felt as if now they had become closer then they have ever been.* Naaahhh with this old body of mine it would take more than that to do me some serious damage. Im just alittle wet and hungry.

Raven alughed and nodded. "I have no other choice....though...I think it might be a little difficult for me to learn to be left handed. I have to start all over again...being a horrible shot, a horrible swordsman. Eerything will be like it was when I was only a kid." He said with a sigh. "But...oh well. Maybe it will all work out for the best." He said with a shrug of his shoulders.

Jule got up and wandered over to the railing, looking over the edge into the water with a small sigh. Her ears and tail lowering. "I know it takes time, but it's hard to wait sometimes... I wish I could have been more help then I was..." She watched the water, tail swaying gently as the tip barely flicked. "I can still help now though... no use moping about it." She leaned up, hoping to ffind someone to keep company to if it was needed.

Mae looked out at the setting sun. "You know, when I see the sun setting, I'm reminded of my boyhood. I used to sit on the bench in our gardens by the pond and watch the sun go down. I often sat with my sensei, Mirumoto Kazuki. I remember he used to tell me 'Mae, whatever happens to you, remember who you are, you'll make it through alright' and he was right. I've lost a lot, but life goes on." He turned to Raven "So I'll pass that on to you, Raven, no matter what you do, and what happens to you, you're always my student, and you're always one of us."
Smiling, he added, "Besides, that's how they taught me to be ambidexterous, by tying my right arm to my side untill I could use my left arm just as well as I could my right."

"Well, looks like we won't be needing any ropes now will we?" He asked with a grin. He just turned to him and nodded. "Thanks Mae. For all you've said. But I think I am going to take some time out and meditate. Train my mind before I train my body." He said with a smile. "After all, if I ever want to surpass my master, I will need a strong mind, not only body." He stated, giving Mae a light punc hand a laugh as he walked away to he room so he could do some meditations.

Maeamian Mae grinned, "You know that isn't happening. Not while I still draw breath. Don't meditate too deeply." "I won't." He stated as he walked down the stairs. When he got to his room he climbed up on his bed and sat cross legged, closing his eyesand breathing deeply. He Smiled as he thought of peaceful immages and he tryed to keep away anything bad. He stayed like this for a few hoursas the world around him passed him by without his caring at all.

Mae smiled and stared out at the sea, even after the sun had gone down. He let his mind wander back to those days as a child when he watched the sun set next to Kazuki-sensei, and his training.

Raven smiled as he walked back to the top deck. His sword on his opposite side now and his gun on the opposite as well. He smiled slightly as he saw Mae still standing there.

Mae shook his head, and turned around. Noticing Raven he said "Lovely night, isn't it? It's a shame I'm tired and need to sleep. This is the time for you youngsters. I bid you good night." He brushed past Raven on his way downstairs.
