If he isn't around for... thirty days, I think the page said (when I clicked 'change guild ownership' to see what would happen, XP), then one of the VC's can claim ownership.
Edit 'Banned or inactive for 60 days'
I assume it means inactive from Gaia...

Holy carp. I think the people in this guild are intertwined; we sort of sense when something's happening with the (now nearly-deceased) guild and return to it like salmon to their spawning river. XP
