Just popping in to add to the thread. I was such a newb that until weeks into Gaia I didn't know Guilds even had forums where members could talk!
Ok, so a question- what top qualities are we looking for, aside, of course for respect for pancakes and a love of pancake sitting, in new members? And how well should we get to know them before we extend an invite? I meet people all the time in fishing or jigsaw, but is a casual acquaintance who seems cool ok, or should it be a closer friend?
