I smiled as the engie of the little car purred at every little turn. THe speed she was moving at was incredable. I couldn't help but laugh alittle as Victor tried to comfort them about her driving. "No worries, I've been through worse!" I glanced over at Josie, she'd ridin with me and my dad a few times.... probably more than she'd wanted to. We went this speed, only without the reflexs Belle had.

The only thoughts that went through my head at this particular moment was... vampires... and with that thought I was sent back violently to my seat. Can you say ouch? Though I have to admit this is quite fun. I'm in a speeding car with two vampires and one almost there vampire... should I be concerned? I looked over to Carries smiling face knowing somehow all this won't last. Something is going to happen, I can feel it...

Belle didn't bother to slow once they came to the highway. She pulled the emergancy break and slid sidways into the highway, wheels squealing. Releasing the break, she pressed the pedal to the floor, white smoke pouring off her her rear wheels. With the power of the engine combined with the straightness of the highway, they were soon speeding back down the highway with the pedal pushing 120 mph.
Victor grabbed the handle above the door and breathed in deep as she manuvered the car sideways onto the highway. Once they were straightened out and heading back down the road, he realeased the handle and looked at Belle out of the corner of his eye. "My gosh, Belle. You never get rusty, do you?"
A sleek smile slid across Belle's face. "Nope."

"So, um Victor is it? You and Isabella have known each other for a pretty long time,"I questioned while holding onto his seat so I won't go flying out the window. At the moment I do not believe seat belts can save me which is pretty wicked. cool

"You could say that." Victor said with a grin. "I have had the pleasure of her company for many years now." He batted his eyes overzealously at Belle and laid a hand on her knee.
Belle, in return rolled her eyes and for the first time, removed her hand from the steering wheel. She picked up Victor's forefinger and replaced his hand on his own knee. "Yes, we have known each other for years, and yet he still hasn't realized that none of his advances will ever work." Though, she cryptically winked at him, taking her eyes off the road for a moment.
Victor returned the wink and turned in his seat once more to speak to Josie. "Why do you want to know? If you are hoping to pick her brain through me, you're barking up the wrong tree. Unfortunately, Isabelle takes being mysterious to a whole different level. You will only discern from her what she wants you to know."
Belle sat quietly, as if no one was talking about her.

I giggled at the conversation between Victor and Belle. Apparently they'd known each other for more than just a couple of years. I couldn't lose the stupid smile on my face, every time I looked over at Josie she was clinging to some part of the car... but of course there wasn't a trace of fear on her face. "So how much longer?"

I said with a smile,"yea, Isabella is quite the mystery, isn't she? Nothing more exciting then solving a mystery in my opinion." At that the car took a sudden sharp curve which threw my head into victors head rest, and somehow I could tell that was no accident. I couldn't help, but scrunch my eyes in Isabella's direction.

Belle tried to hide the smile that slid across her sleek features, but was horribly unsuccessful. She could all feel the glare from Josie. Cutting her eyes toward her, she gave her a quick wink. Nothing more than a flutter of the eyelid, but a wink nonetheless.
The lights of the town became apparent on the moonlit horizon. Due to Belle's speed and sadistic handling of the car, they had made it from the school in record time. She slowed down once they reached the city limits, not wanting to deal with police tonight.
After stopping for a few traffic lights, Belle finally whipped the purring car into the coffee shop. She switched off the car wordlessly and stepped out, tilting the seat forward for Carrie's exit.
Victor gave an over dramatic sigh and gave the girls a shaky smile. "You didn't chuck in the car did you? I know her driving is reckless, but I would rather walk home then deal with that smell." He cast Belle a disarming smile, meant to calm her, but only received a glare in return. He couldn't help but think he was going to pay for all his ribbing of her later tonight.

As much fun as it was to ride with Isabella, I was very pleased to the fact that it was finally over. It was very tempting to just fall on my knees and kiss the ground. Never once have I been so glad to finally be able to just walk!
Carri seemed very happy. I hope she'll have a good time tonight. I'm not quite sure on who is playing tonight, but I'm sure they'll be good. I was really excited to be here for I've been wanting to come since it first opened. As Carrie and I well know that I am a music fanatic. I hurried behind Carrie putting my head on her shoulder and gave her a big grin.

I smiled as Josie put on a big grin for me. This was great, both of us seemed to be happy!Hopefully it would last. We walked in and quietly took our seats. Some unkowns were playing right now, laer the popular one would be anounced. "Thanks" josie had planed this out and I was so glad she had.

Belle and Victor took seats next to each other. Neither had need of coffee or anything that the shop was offering. Victor occupied himself with a group of cute girls in the corner while Belle resorted to scanning the crowd with a cold eye.
The girls in the corner giggled and whispered at Victor's winks and faces, falling completely for his antics. The most Belle offered was an exasperated look in their direction.
Victor turned his attention away from the girls a moment to whisper to Belle. To human ears, it would have been inaudible over the din of people in the room, but Belle's ears caught his words immediately. She rolled her eyes and shook her head in response, causing Victor to slump in his seat, cross his arms across his chest and pout.

The figure looked on in interest. Stupid people. How could they want to be in coexistance with the pathetic, weaker species called Humans? It blew the strangers mind completely. Well, once they were gone, the real vampires could take over, and then there would be hell. The stranger smiled evily at what he thought was his own little joke.
A waitress walked past, quite small, with brown hair and blue eyes. The stranger knew her. Emily Talbler. Somewhere in her 20's. Well ,she'd make a good snack for now.
The stranger stood up, making sure that the others didn't notice him (he was good at that, not even vampires noticed him when he wanted them not to) and grabbed the waitress gently. He looked into her eyes, and she immediately fell into them. "How about we go somewhere, I need to tell you something" the stranger whispered, and led the waitress out of the coffee shop.
A few minutes later, he returne, wiping his mouth of blood, so as to avoid confrontation of any kind. he sat down were he already was, and watched the others, not maing a single movement...

A hint of blood reached Belle's nose over the smell of human bodies. It was part of her being a pure blood. She immediately snapped to attention, looking around slowly. No one stood out to her, but she couldn't shake the feeling that they were being watched.
Her brow furrowed as she scanned the crowd. She leaned over to Victor and whispered in his ear. His eyebrows rose at her words, and he began looking around with Belle.

The stranger just stayed where he was, and started lounging on the chair, he knew what he was doing, it was lucky he had added a scent just outside the coffee shop - those so called 'vampires' would immediately follow their scent when they get outside, then the strangers plan could go into action...But which of their 'friends' should he take?
ahh, he would orever be the mysterious figure in the darkness, watching...waiting...

Before long i began to notice that Belle was not as.... calm as usual. Neither her or Victor for that matter. I glanced around once but didn't see anything so went right back to talking to Josie. "So Dorain, huh?"
