"A couple of them, yes. I figured it could use an unofficial test run in weaponized form, not that it could have its practical uses as well I'm sure."
*Opens canister and pulls out glass cylinder containing the glowing blue fluid. Unscrews lid and pulls out an eyedropper from pocket*
"Basically I played on the idea of the fact that finite amounts of electrical charges exist around every atom of every molecule of every substance in existence; and perhaps by some means these electrons could be harnessed into something useful, or destructive. Of course massive amounts of energy are released when you 'split' an atom but that's rather messy and not the type of destruction I was going for...so I created this material that simply attracts the negatively polarized electrons from atoms surrounding it and 'holds on to them' long enough to generate a significant electrical charge which can thus be released accordingly. This substance is highly unstable because of the fact that it absorbs electrons from ANY substance including the glass container surrounding it and it could potentially released its stored charge at any time. I'm not sure exactly how much energy it could hold but if this entire vessel were to release its energy store it could be a massive electrical 'explosion' shorting out electronic equipment, generating massive EMP fields, and electrocuting nearby personnel. It worked well at burning zombie flesh with high voltages when put into a gun, but lately I haven't had time to 'play around with it more' so I thought I'd keep it down here, perhaps you could put it too good use as an effective battery......or bomb."
*Siphons up a small portion of the glowing fluid with the eyedropper and holds it over the floor*
"You might want to stand back for this. The reaction is well....shocking."
