Even though she just wanted to stay by the mailbox until the end of the day, she set down her tea cup and gently took Ted's hand, forcing herself not to react at the small jolt which passed between them. Once she was up, she quickly brushed herself off, removing all loose bits of dirt.

Ted felt happy, it seemed Harley was in a much better mood, That tea is magic" he said to himself under his breathe, Ted let go of Harley's hand, he didnt know quiet what to say, "shall we go for a walk?" he asked smiling.

Ted started to walk down the street, Harley was walking by his side, "Harley... I know what I did was wrong, please, can you find it in youre heart to forgive me?" he asked stopping, and picking up Harley's hand, "Harley, I'm begging you, I was such an arse, i didnt think before I acted, I dont know what I would do without you".

Eike peeked out the front door, seeing Ted and Jess walk slowly off down the street, he sighed in relief. Turning to Bunny, he sighed, "At least it's done some good, back to the pool? or is it too late now?"

"Done some good? Well, wait and see Eike. You know those two. One moment things are strawberries and cream. The next.. . Cats....... Vomit" she said laughing at her own words. "I think it's a little too late for the pool. Come inside if you want some dinner, I'll make something. The other two can have soemthing if they ever come back. Who knows, Ted and Harls might decide to venture off and never come back... Although, I do want to see what was in that box. You don't think it was a ring do you?" Bunny asked sceptically.

Eike stood erect at the hint of food "Oooh, food, don't mind if I do, thank you very much." He put a dried arm around Bunny as they walked back to the kitchen, "Do you know how lucky I am? I don't think it was a ring, I mean, if you we're going to ask someone to marry you, you wouldn't play a trick like that on them just before would you?"

"A way to a mans heart is through his stomach. You know that old saying really does ring true" she laughed shaking her head as she led him, with a hand on his arm towards the kitchen. "Well, you know Ted. I'm sure he's bound to think of something crazy like that. I mean, come on.. It's ted' she laughed grabbing the chicken out of the fridge, and opened up all the cupboards she could reach. "You know, some guys are really weird like that. I've heard many horror stories of bad proposals you know. It's not all peaches and cream"

"Stop, I'm almost dying from hunger here, more talk of food is not going to make it go away." once in the kitchen, he held Bunny around the waist, and slowly kissed her tenderly from her shoulder to her neck. He rested his head next to her's and sighed, "Have I told you lately that I love you?" He whispered in her ear. Letting go, he continued in the voice of whoever the hell did that song, "Have I told you there's no one above you. Fill my heart with gladness, take away my sadness, ease my troubles, that's what you do." He returned to holding her waist, her skin was tender, it had coated itself with a light, delicate tan. Her long blonde hair was still soaking wet, but that made no difference to Eike. Her love was enough to keep him going over deserts or ice caps, just to be with her.

"Ahh, but you see- at least you know it's comming. Letting you see what I'm cooking can be a good thing, you can smell it- you can see it, therefore you know it's definatley going to be ready in a very short time' she winked back at him, stopped in her tracks by his words though, only moments later. "You know if you keep distracting me like this, I'm never going to get the food on the table.. Well, not any time soon" she chuckled putting down the carving knife she'd just gotten out of the drawer. "You have told me Eike, but I don't think I've told you recently.. Although, I think you know" she grinned turning around in his comfortable embrace and placed a kiss on his chin- hey, that's all she could reach. She wasn't that tall. "I swear, that singing career is just around the corner if you wanted it" she chuckled. 'And you mister, I'm afraid might be just too good to be true... Or do you stand to correct me on that?"

Eike lowered himself and kissed Bunny on the lips, "This isn't too good to be true, it's only just begun." He lowered his voice, "Don't worry, no more songs." Clocking onto the fact that she wasn't cooking, he stood up slightly and looked at the cupboards with a puppy-dog look in his eyes.

"Well... I think that's a very good thing" she grinned kissing him back her arms snaking their way up to his neck before he pulled back. 'Geez.. Guys and food. Is that ALL you ever think about. Honestly.." Bunny sighed rolling her eyes in an exaggerated fashion, laughing quietly to herself. "Alright Alright. chicken stir fry comming up... one more thing though.. " she said putting down her knife and moved back to him, enveloping him into a hug before pulling back. "You looked rather neglected there for a moment" she laughed. 'Go sit down, I'll bring you the food when it's ready"

Eike laughed, "How could YOU ever neglect me? That's not possible, the fact that your here is good enough!" Dispite that, he did what he was told and sat on a stool, watching the magic of Bunny's hand's weave around the kitchen, preparing vegetables, chicken, sauce, and the frypan... watching all this activity made him go slightly hyper, but he kept it in and passed the time by singing a new song by Panic! At the disco called 'I write sins, not tragredies.' Getting to the chorus, he mumbled it to himself, "Haven't you people ever heard of, closing the god-damn doors no, it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sence of poise and rationality." Realising he'd said it out loud, he looked up to see if Bunny had noticed, 'I hope she didn't.' he kept thinking in his mind.

"Oh I can count the ways. You know, I could be so busy at work I could forget about you- I could go out with the girls, and not with you.. You know that kind of neglectness.. But, the fact that you work at the same place as me might be a little hard" she shrugged, and within a good 20 minutes her chicken dish was done. "You know that happens to be one of my all time favourite songs." Bunny winked handing him a plate and a glass, her own plate in the other hand. "This calls for a toast, pour the champagne, pour the champagne" she winked, repeating another of the songs lyric lines. "What are we going to do after dinner. Head off, or stay in for the night?"

Eike shrugged, "Well, the sound system here sucks in comparison to the club, and I happen to have also a Panic at the disco CD, and a load of others." He paused for a second, "Have you ever heard of Soil? They were a heavy metal band in the '80's, or 90's, can't remember, anyway, I've got a couple of their albums too, if you want a listen. I know they'd sound good at the club, no that there's be much club left after the CD's finished." Eike finished, chuckling.
