Just before the rock had been set to close all the way, Artemis appeared seemingly out of nowhere. "You know, if I were the good guy, this is where'd I'm come in and say something along the lines of 'Not so fast'," he said, obviously trying to keep his breathing as steady as possible. He still held his arm protectively by his side, but his outer expression allowed no pain to show through. "But I don't really know what exact role I'm playing in this whole thing so I won't say anything of the sort. Either way, I hope you didn't expect to me to stay behind and let you do as you wished."

Anexander(Xander for short please) sat on top of a building watching the others... who were they again? curse his short-term memory. He yawned and cast a float spell. when he was on the ground he glared at the intruders.
"I come out here to get some peace from you fools, and you follow me? You can't even do it quietly? Whats with you? A lord can't even get a break these days?" he looked at their faces..."wait...I don't think I know you."

((I hate to say it ichinosai-san, but you should check to see when he was last on. One of my friends hasn't been on since may...the reason? he's no longer with the living. It does happen... cry ))

As Dromius began to take his leave, Artemis hurried past him to the sealed rock. With whatever strength that was left in him, he attempted to shove the barrier out of the way. He continued to push until his muscles became strained with the effort and his breathing was even shallower than before. His frame slumped against the rock and he punched the hard, ungiving surface with the flat of his fist. He believed Dromius enough not to use magic to try and open it, ending any hope he could have to help Orpheus.

"Isn't there anything?" he asked himself in a breathless whisper. And before Dromius could close the door, he repeated the question louder for the other to hear. "Isn't there anything I could do to convince you to let him go?" It wasn't that he actually cared for Orphues, no. But he knew losing him would only result in receiving hell back home.

Artemis decided not to reply as to why he was trying so hard to set this noble free, but it didn't seem to be that he needed to. It appeared that Dromius already had the basic idea. But with the man's supposed offer at there still being away he could achieve his main purpose, the wounded servant pushed himself away from the rock as if further showing he was interested. "There is?" he asked, hiding both the suspicion and eagerness to get this done from his tone,

"Anything. Just tell me what it is," he said.

This statement definitely came as a shock to Artemis. Leave the only place he ever knew as a 'home'(if that's what it could be considered) or take side with the people who have always been known as his enemies. Neither one seemed possible. Not logical. As if having to reassure himself that Orpheus was still trapped, he looked back over his shoulder at the still firmly placed rock.. Damn.

"But.. I couldn't. I mean.. I can't," he said, looking down at his hands. "I'm bound to them. And Orpheus would never allow me to leave.."
