Destiny limped into the galley and saw Aeoess sitting there. She sighed, and then sat down beside her.
I gave you a saphire pendant. Use it to find help, but don't ever let it out of your sight. Here are the printing plates. If you can use them, you're welcome to them. The Captain has asked me to go along with him, and I think I shall. He's not himself right now, but I hope he comes up with a plan.

*Aeoess lifts up part of her dress revealing a dagger in her right boot.*
"I hope he does, I can't let myself be captured. Not now, not ever."
*She looks at pendant.*
"Thank you, for everything Destiny, I owe you more than you'll ever know...
If you need me, I'll try to be there for you like you were for me."

Destiny looked fondly at Aeoess. In the few hours they had spent together, she felt as if they had become more than friends. Knowing that there was a fellow elf on board had made Destiny feel less alone.
Don't worry. I'm sure the Captain only needs time to think of a plan.. he must have an inkling already, otherwise there would be no way he would surrender without more of a fight. If you are ever in need..don't hesitate to use the pendant. It can bring more than help..Oh, one more thing.. She reached down behind the now-empty cabinet, and pulled out a black cat wh was chewing on a piece of dried fish, and held him out to Aeoess.
I found something that I think is yours.. I found him wet and floating off to the side of the ship, so I pulled him back aboard, and dried him off, and kept him down here..

*Aeoess was surprized and over joyed to see her cat again, pretty much unharmed, and not dead. After hearing Eittik meow she picked him up and began to pet him.*
"I missed you, little guy."
*Aeoess looked to Destiny again.*
"Thank you for taking care of him, and I think you're right, the captain is planning something, but it's hard to tell, last time I saw him he wasn't quite himself but the captain we know and love wouldn't let some english take us easily."
(OOC: Some people are going to hate the return of the cat, but I guess I'll have to not screw it up this time. rofl )

Destiny smiled. Take care of that cat.. I have to get back to the Captain. Take care my friend. If I don't see you again in this life, I'll see you in the Halls of Mandos-where the elves end up.

First of all, Destiny stopped in her cabin, and removed her finery and some of her larger weapons, so as not to get them dirty. The, she made her way down to the galley.
Destiny fired up the stoves, being sure to use lots of wood. She dug around in the coolers, finding fish, salted beef, some leftover vegetables. She busied herself in putting together a bang-up meal, for, after all, that was her job, and one that she took pride in.
She began peeling potatoes and carrots, slicing onions, dressing roasts, and spicing fish. One pan after another slid into the huge ovens. Soon, wonderful smells began drifting out of the galley and up the stairs to the deck. After the meats were all in the ovens, she turned her attention to the breads. Since there was not enough time for a yeast bread to rise, she made biscuits, and a lemon cake. Flour flew in clouds about her head, coating her hair, turning into a light brown.
When Aeoess came in, she immediatle assigned her to finding tin plates, mugs, and flatware to eat with, and then setting the long tables with dishes and condiments.

Once all the meats were cooked, she began throwing lamp oil, and wood shavings into the fire, creating thick black smoke.
Next, she started preparing the presentation of the food- large platters were set with roasts, then garnished with herbs, the fish was garnished with lemon twists, the vegetables were put into bowls and topped with sauces and spices.. overall it was a stunning presentation.
Destiny turned to Aeoess and asked When you're finished setting the tables, would you mind helping me carry all the food out to the tables, then run up and fetch the Captain, and let him know our last meal is ready for consumption please?
Destiny carried out platter after platter, jugs of wine, mead, ale, and her special blend of tea in a pot, along with several other things from the galley. When she finished, she brushed the clouds of flour from her hair, and tried to make herself look somewhat presentable with out having to change back into her finery. Those clothes could wait till after the meal was cleaned up.
While she was waiting for everyone to arrive, she began doing the dishes left over from preparing the meal. Her slave Cubby was a help- but he tended to be unreliable, disapearing for long periods of time.

*Aeoess put all the food on the table neatly, and every part in its appropriate place.
She then to Destiny with a smile.*
"I'll be right back!"
*She then ran up to the deck and let the captain know that it was time to eat.*

"I'm *pant* back, need anything else?"
*She ran a bit too much, but she was strangely excited, she felt useful, and she was to be fed well, and if death was to be her only escape, it was coming, but so was the chance to find another way out.*

Destiny looked up at the breathless girl and smiled. Aeoess was a big help to her in the galley, and running the few errands that Destiny needed.
Nope, that's all for now, well, if you want to help me do the dishes, I'd appriciate it. Then, once everyone arrives, we'll have a meal that is so grand, theyould have seen nothing like it before, except the meal I made when I first came aboard.

Destiny looked up as the first crew member entered the galley dining room. She smiled, and looked pleased that the crew were finally arriving.
Welcome Ares, to the feast. Please, take a seat, and as soon as everyone arrives, we can begin. I'm just finishing up the dishes, so grab a drink, and make yourself comfortable.
