I agree with you, Puppet; looks like she would have just been a normal character, but then they decided they needed a way to get into 4D and made her the key as an afterthought. xD

XDIt's true... O.O There ARE >> and in the official drawings, Maria has blue eyes and Nel has purple, but in the game, they both have green >< I think the producer's favorite color was green.
