Miaka blinked and then gasped loudly with her mouth dropping to the ground. She knew she was in for it now. Did Konan and Kutou really hate each other that much? She didn't want to believe that was true...if it was did that mean she was now an enemy against Yui?
"Ummm...umm, umm...next stop...Konan! Stand behind the white line!" she said trying to distract people from her. She remembered reading a trick like that in a manga once(azumanga daioh XD). She then gulped to see how the trick would work. She knew Nuriko and Tasuki couldn't fight with people, they were dressed as WOMEN. And if she did get brought into the castle, they would have no chance of getting in to get her.
Miaka tightened her fist and gulped and stuck her chin up, chest out and walked in the center of all that gathered in the spot. She then looked guards straight in the eye and then said,
"I'm...Yuuki Miaka. I am the Suzaku no Miko. What gives you any right to come try and bother me? I'm just hungry, big deal, I don't think I'm acutally doing anything to you so if you must take me away then so be it!" she said maturely. Then to break the moment she pulled her eyelid down and then stuck her tounge out.

Nuriko sweatdropped, he wasnt sure how she did it but she someone made things go from bad to worse. He couldnt use his powers here, he didnt want to give even more away them she already had.
"Yes.. gather around and witness the priestress of stupidness."
He grumbled, grabbing Miaka and making sure she would be safe. Perhaps it would be best now to just LET them get captured. He doubted they would be able to escape without their powers. Either way they would reach their goals by getting into the palace even if they ended up behind bars. Which wouldnt be much of a problem from there.
"Tasuki, behave. Girls shouldnt fight... yet."
He mumbled, still weighting the options they had in his mind. If they ran they would most likely be pursued (by more than just the guards) and even if they did reach the palace by now almost everyone would know of their presence.
"Eh heh.. really, we dont mean any harm. What can three cute, young girls possibly do to all these big, strong guards of the Kutou empire?"

"Actually, if I had my way I would not be here but the Suzaku no miko is terribly naive and fool-hardy, she ran into Kutou despite my warnings and I was forced to follow after her to get her out of the trouble she got herself into." Subaru replied lightly as she glanced briefly in the direction of Kouji, ah - so he wanted to leave did he? She didn't blame him and with a brief smile she bowed her head in farewell.
He was no enemy of hers and thus he could enter and leave her bubble freely, it was simply those such as Nakago and Soi that would be presented with a few difficulties; that being said she fixed her gaze upon Soi once more and released a quiet sigh - they were always asking why the Byakko were here and even when they were given honest answers they were ignored and scoffed, what was the point in answering?
"As for why the Byakko are here - initially we came to assess the situation and to find out whether or not the rumours in relation to our own beloved country were true." She explained patiently as she savoured another light breeze of wind upon her and began to shrink the size of the bubble to surround herself and the fountain as opposed to the entire garden, it was much easier to maintain that way.
"When we discovered they weren't, or so said your shogun we were to leave but something happened...if the rumours were not true then why did you plague and attempt to steal memories from within our minds?" She enquired softly although it was more of a rhetorical question, "It only increased our suspicions and instead of leaving, I returned to completely assess the situation - only to be tossed to Konan by my own deity." She grumbled as if she was deeply disappointed in his actions despite the reasoning behind them, she had yet to realise there was nothing to fear from these beings for Byakko protected Sairou in its entirity.
She didn't have the patience to continue explaining the rest and instead, turned her gaze towards the water within the fountain - one of these days she was just going to marry someone rich, attractive and preferrably someone who would appreciate who she was then she would never have to deal with this life style again.

Korin-Chan //Nakago, I'll be adopting the role of Amiboshi and also of Chiriko, they're both fairly interlinked in parts of the real storyline so they'll be easy to play. (((Acceptable. Yuki as I recall...you chose to add Amiboshi. If so...you may add him in too. Opaaru...we have you tentatively for Chichiri as it is...is that an official, if so...feel free to intigrate him in somewhere...doenst have to be at the main spoit with these people. I am considering adding one more myself, either a Miboshi or a Hotohori at this rate...to have another Suzaku, We'll see.
In the advent of my missing in action over today and yesterday..(Sorry everyone) I may "railroad a few things through...hope no one minds... sweatdrop will try not to let it happen again.)))- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Niftyness She frowned at his words not understanding how he could expect her not to worry about him when that's what friends did. They worried about each other and she could recall countless times when he had worried about her well being. Her eyes momentarily wavered over her deep thoughts but she was quick to snap back to reality as she felt Nakago's arm wrap around her back. If any other man had did what Nakago had done, she would have instinctly drawn back but Nakago gave her a sense of security. Yui opened up her mouth to speak but didn't get a chance to speak them out as a figure chose that time to appear before them. She slightly rose a brow at this stranger who had called Nakago's name and glanced up at him with a questioning gaze before her eyes fell back on the woman kneeling before them. As if reading her mind, Nakago chooses that very moment to introduce the two. "It's an honor to meet you." Yui kindly spoke out and gave the seishi woman a warm smile, completely oblivious towards Soi's jealousy. It was a shame that their introductions had to be a bit rushed with all the commotion going about but she made it a mental note to herself that she would better aquintance herself with the seishi woman once all of the small matters were taken care of. It would be nice to have conversations with another women. The only person she had been really socializing with was Nakago. Yuki_Yubari Kouji stared at the woman who'd interrupted their conversation and insulted bandit domains, for women anyway. She was tall, slender and had brunette hair tied up, a warrior that Subaru was obviously having issues with. It was no doubt important and the tension was perhaps obvious but not to Kouji. "What's that smell? Food!" he remarked gleefully jumped up. "Food! Thataway Kouji!" He darted off. Opaaru Soi cocked her head ever so slightly at the materialized force field. A warning? She leaned back against the tree and fixed the Byakko warrior with an amused glance.
"Weak areas?" she mused outloud smiling at the mental picture of the two people storming the palace. "I suppose you might find a few, then again this is a palace not a fortress...those that matter know how to take care of ourselves."
She essentially knew little about magic and spells so she refrained from attacking whatever barrier the woman had set up. This by no means meant she was helpless...when two forces different energies struggle against each other, the outcome can only be an electric charge. The little ionized particles were building at fast pace. Green eyes flashed a gaze much like that of a cat spotting a wounded bird...physics was on her side. Out to one side she saw the seishi's companion begin to wander away but Soi doubted he would be able to penetrate the barrier...unless of course, the woman let him. But she can't possibly be that foolish.
"Since neither of us is going anywhere anytime soon, might you enlighten me as to why Sairou is suddenly sending us their seishi," she asked, "I've been absent for some time now, but last I heard Kutou was expanding its Southern border." Korin-Chan "Actually, if I had my way I would not be here but the Suzaku no miko is terribly naive and fool-hardy, she ran into Kutou despite my warnings and I was forced to follow after her to get her out of the trouble she got herself into." Subaru replied lightly as she glanced briefly in the direction of Kouji, ah - so he wanted to leave did he? She didn't blame him and with a brief smile she bowed her head in farewell.

She didn't have the patience to continue explaining the rest and instead, turned her gaze towards the water within the fountain - one of these days she was just going to marry someone rich, attractive and preferrably someone who would appreciate who she was then she would never have to deal with this life style again. *Knowing what he did about Soi, he knew that it cost her in her heart by her choice of words and actions...and so it was to everyones best interest that things went as they did. She was off...ever obediant to delay, distract, and perhaps more, the Byakko and her "pet" whie the rest of the trap was set.*
"We will have more time for more personal inroduction once we have dealt with the issues at hand...Lady Yui"
*He led the way down the hall to the largest of the dining halls, bringing Yui with him. He called over the servants and instructed them to prepare the hall for some "very important guests" and to have the chefs prepare anything that Lady Yui requested.*
*Feeling the sensation of contested power from the garden, and Soi close by, part one was in place. Soi and Subaru would not get along..not as nakago saw in his mind, especially with as much as Subaru had tried to get at him..and how much Soi held in regard to him. He did not press the matter from here...but left the cast barrier as it was, putting his main focus around this dining hall wher eYu i would meet the Suzaku no Miko. He stepped out and into a side room where he removed his armor, and donned some "regular clothes. He was going to play the part of a servant and stay in close proximity to Yui, without the full prescence of the Shogun to cause tension. The armor was returned to his chambers and he re-entered in less identifying clothing, though still with a level of class...as they were in the palace.*
"Things will be coming together very soon. I will be ever near Lady Yui...should you need anything."- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Yuki_Yubari "Huh? Hey! What's going on?" Tasuki demanded loudly with a groan. "What's she gone and done now the nutcase?" He winced as Nuriko tightly grasped him and dragged him along. "Oh great there's guards!" He gripped his tessen firmly preparing for a fight. Meilichan Miaka blinked and then gasped loudly with her mouth dropping to the ground. She knew she was in for it now. Did Konan and Kutou really hate each other that much? She didn't want to believe that was true...if it was did that mean she was now an enemy against Yui?

He leapt from the rooftop, landing between Miaka and the approaching gaurds just as they almost reached them* "HALT...In the Name of the EMPEROR! *Pointed towards the Guards not the intruders* *The guardswere caught off guard but came to a halt nonetheless...they recognized the black gab, and knew his abilities* *He continued* "I have been following this girl...claimng to be a Miko...and on orders from the palace...she ...and her...enterouge...*motioning towards Nuriko and Tasuki*...are to be brought to the palace Immeddiately. You are not to lay a finger on these guests of Kutou." *He turned now adressing them the guards still at full alert...but taken aback* "If you would please follow me...I will facilitate your progress to the Palace without more incidents such as these" *He said bowing as if greeting a dignitary*

Inside Miaka was shaking and worried. She was putting Tasuki and Nuriko in danger and it wasn't fair. If the miko was the true enemy, she didn't want her friends to get caught too.
Outside Miaka seemed to have kept calm. She smiled and nodded to the spy. She stepped towards him and then cheerfully said, "I'll go! I mean, I'm the miko right? Why take them with us too? Won't they just cause problems? Just leave them be!" she asked as innocently as possiable. She just kept nodding happily and prayed the men would allow nuriko and tasuki to stay safe.
"Besides, do you think they'd go as quietly as I would? Don't they seem alittle more agressive?" she added on.

Nuriko stepped in between the black clad man and Miaka, he wasnt sure of the mans capabilites but he did have his own duty. At Miaka's words, Nuriko shot a glare back at her.
"Don't be stupid. If your going than so are we!"
Something didnt seem right about all this. Why would the blackclad man suddenly intervene like that? But really, they didnt have any options left thanks to their wonderful Miko.

._Amiboshi_.
Given the rather distinct change in atmosphere, the young musician quickly made his way out of the room in which he had previously comforted Lady Yui with his flute and instead, turned his attentions in the direction of the foreign disturbance that seemed to ripple across the palace grounds as if a beacon - if they were intruders they were indeed foolish to use such things in the current situation.
It was true, for the young man could sense Nakago's presence enveloping the entire area and was deeply aware of what it meant, whoever was causing the disturbance was in the process of being caught and considering where is loyalties lay, he had no other choice other than to make his way towards the beaconed pulse.
He rounded yet another corner, his footsteps silent as he caught wind of a pair of voices ahead of him within the western gardens, one he knew as Soi's but the distinct accent and curt tone that replied to his fellow seishi was one he failed to recognise, yet the lilt intrigued hm and so he continued forward.
"Soi, do you always ask your opponents foolish questions before you attack them?" He enquired curiously as he leant in the doorway at last, paying close attention to the continual pulsing of the bubble that seemed to surround the woman - that woman.
He forced himself not to gape and instead admired the lithe figure who, considering the current situation held a haunting and mysterious air. If he were to be entirely honest, he would definately say that he appreciated the sight that now lay before him.
Although he desired to speak further, he remained silent - curious as to how he would be taken.

Tasuki scowled and pouted as he considered cursing and shouting at the top of his voice. It was taking some will-power to resist but damnit he hated this disguise! He sighed loudly and folded his arms, glaring at the stranger and then giving him an evil, fanged grin as he tried to persuade them to move to the palace. 'This day just keeps getting weirder and weirder,' he thought to himself.

Nakago's next set of words suddenly made her realize that she had been starring at his new attire for sometime and she was quick to regain her composure. "G..Gomen Nakago, it's just that this is my first time seeing you in something else other than your armor." Yui apologized, her cheeks begining to flush from the embarressment that he had noticed her obvious stunned expression. She then shook her head at his worries about ruining her plan. Yui knew that was a bit impossible for him to do since he was always the one to streghten them. "No this doesn't ruin my plan at all. I guess your actions did suprise me since I thought if I ever did see you out of your armor it surely wouldn't be in those of a servants." She truthfully spoke up.

SuboshiSuboshi paced through the palace, his Ryuuseisui limp in his hands as he walked. He wondered where everyone was including his brother and the Lady Yui. Suboshi had heard they were to expect 'guests' and he wondered if a fight might occur. 'If it does I'll be there,' he vowed as he walked.

Kouji was so close he could almost taste the food and it made his stomach growl. He hadn't meant to rush of on Subaru but he was starving and also, after what he'd revealed he suddenly felt the need to escape the situation, Kouji had never been good on confronting or discussing his dark past, he was happy playing the odd bandit who talked to himself, it was better people didn't know why he acted the way he did. "Damnit where am I?" he remarked glancing around the hall with puzzlement. He sniffed the air. "Okay Kouji take a right and then a left and then straight through the door. Alright, it'd better be right!" He hurried forward following his directions and pushed at the door. It slowly creaked open.

((I will use Chichiri but now is not the right time...YOU CAN'T RUSH ART KAGO-CHAN!!!)) Soi frowned, she didn't like this woman's tone. She spoke of Nakago with such...disrespect. She saw the man slip away and briefly considered following him. No, the Byakko is the threat. Not that babbling fool."Mmm..." Soi nodded, "I suppose that is a reason. Though I wouldn't worry about the Suzaku no Miko. She's being...taken care of. Though, do you really think it wise to let your friend wander about the palace blindly? You have put Nakago-sama in a foul mood." She figured that either of those things should get a rise out of her. After all, Nakago hadn't specified how to deal with her, he'd just wanted to have them out of the way.

*He noted her flush*
"Just because I am a military man, Lady Yui, does not mean I do not understand how to fit a different role. Though...I agree with you..these are not very becoming of me...But again...that is not important at this juncture. If it is going to be a bother or distraction for you...then I will change into something else, and we can alter the plan to match those changes. That is what is important right now."
*He surveyed the room, everyhting was coming together quickly andefficently.* *The waward self conversing bandit found his way almost to the very spot where they were readying for the meeting of the priestesses. The kitchen door had a slight creek, but the servants hustling and bustling this way and that between chefs and doorways to get to the main hall, ignored it and the chefs were busy preparing many dishes. Some farmiliar smells were there..and some VERY foreign, as Yui had made a number of requestes of food.*
