Jeff would have stopped Abyss for the moment and went to the opposite side of the ladder, beginning to climb up in a quick fashion.

Abyss stayed where he was, after taking a barrage of strikes from Hardy, a big heavy man like Abyss was just trying to keep his balance and hang on to the ladder being high up!

Jeff would reach the top of the ladder and grab the head of Abyss looking to smash it on the ladder!

Abyss had his head smashed into the ladder, pretty much stunning him there.

Jeff would then hook the head of Abyss and look around at the crowd. They knew what was coming next, rising to their feet and cheering loudly. Jeff jumped off the ladder with Abyss attempting to drop him with a Twist of Fate!

Abyss was taken down with a twist of fate from the ladder! A huge thud sounded when he hit the canvas along with Jeff Hardy but he flopped onto his back and was totally out of it! He rolled onto the apron.

Jeff would bounce off the mat feeling the effects of the drop as well. He'd roll over back to the ladder, using it to sit up for the moment, favoring his back.

Darby would be in a seated position now in the corner, trying to wipe the blood away from his eyes so he could see what was going on in this match after hearing a loud bump!

Abyss rolls off the apron, near the barricade, as his best chance to win the match may have just slipped away.

Kevin Owens gets in the ring observing what happened. He looks to temporarily eliminate the threat of Darby Allin by running at him in the corner and hitting a cannonball!

Jeff would reach the top of the ladder where he was close enough to reach the gold. The crowd would be cheering loudly as he reached up looking to unhook the Hardcore Championship before KO could stop him!
