Well let's forgo the steroids since that would horribly ruin the...odd appeal the image has. I almost want to say genetic experimentation that increased her muscle mass, but would that be feasible. I guess we could say something like she was a part of a gov'ment project for a super soldier serum/thing and the part she got was strength but that'd be like her getting functional cybernetics which doesn't quite fit the time peroid.

-snaps fingers- That's how it could happen. She's in the same place as he is, every time he rolls into a new town. Unknowingly on her part, it'd seem lik he's stalking her and thus she might set a trap or something. It'd be more like chance meetings but it's more feasible then him being overly obsessive.

Eh I think I might've found a candidate for the SAS scout. While it's not overly scout-like, we could always say she's from the Congo and immigrated to Britain where she joined the military.

Well then it looks lik either corporate or goverment experimentation is the way to go. And I picture her to be in her earlier thirties to be honest. I could also see her being either in peak muscular condition or close to it when the experimentation happens. We could always say gigantism though I don't think that also includes muscle mass.

Very well, I wasn't exactly thinking every town but like more then the rest of his human victims. Well think about why I'd/she'd treat him like a kid. Tok is twice his age, and while having different experience, might feel the elven equivalent to maternal instinct since she considers him to be young.

Eh, can you see the leader walking around the city in that much gear? All day, erryday? While it might be truer to the image, we are a little in a the future and the Spets could view the threat as minimal thus the rather light armor. -shrugs- Just a thought.

True enough. Hmm damn it, Rios would be a great combination of urban and field armor but it's so socially impractical for a leader to be dressed like that if they have to speak with civilians. -thinks- I feel silly, realizing that Victoria would probably be the best suited for talking to civilians.

Eh...how about friends, like co-worker type. I think Tok would be rather secretive, and that might intrigue Tik but he could realize the whole "not the right friendship" I guess or something along those lines.

Right now we'll just eventually let on that she's fluent in Russian...and possibly German as well. Haven't decided.
