Akio sunk to his knees and wrapped his arms around Katami, crying softly, feeling safer in nearer Katami right now. "I can see why you don't want Ventus to find out about this... he is the family gossip. It was bad enough that he told everyone at school back in Ayreon that you crossdress at times, I really wanted to kill him for that." Hikari said, but that proved to be a bad idea, as it just filled Akio with more sadness, after all the hate and bullying he endured from the other students at the private school he went to on the continent of Ayreon, just because Ventus let slip that Akio crossdressed. That was partially the reason why the Akatokiyami family went to Danshokugakure. Luckily there had never been any physical abuse or bullying at the time.

"Thanks," Phoenix said as she and Yuko hefted Haru up and half dragged him to a quieter room, the Eidolon giving Mira a look of "I'll tell you how it went later."
After they got Haru lying down, Phoenix ran a hand through her reddish gold hair, and curled up next to him, even though he wasn't actually Sin, she knew that her Beloved was in there, and she was tired from this day.
Back in the kitchen, Katami hugged Akio tightly, "There's nothing wrong with it," he whispered to the older boy, "Kata-chan does too. And if your brother teases you again, then I'll take care of him," He was surprised at the dark feeling that Hikari's words made him feel, but he pushed it down, telling himself that no one was going to hurt Akio, at the very least he will protect this boy that was so innocent, what he once was.
He kissed Akio's forehead, "I promise to do everything I can so that you won't have to cry again!"

After helping Phoe carry Haru to a room for him to sleep and watch Phoe curl up next to him, she gave a sad smile and then walked back to the reception.
"What a day." Yuko said sighing.

"Akio's still emotionally fragile, he always has been, I just hope Katami doesn't do something to hurt him, if he does, I will hurt him" Hikari thought to herself, as she watched the exchange between Akio and Katami. As she saw it, Akio was still being his usual submissive self, if Akio and Katami did become lovers, Hikari knew that Akio would likely, very likely be the uke. Akio wasn't that strong mentally in terms of willpower, and he was submissive, he just couldn't take command. "Katami..." Akio said, almost choking on his tears when he felt Katami hug him tightly and kiss him on the forehead. He felt safer when he heard Katami's words. There was that slight crinkle again, right as Katami hugged Akio. Right now, Akio didn't care, he just wanted to be with Katami. The 13 year old rose blonde haired boy just wanted to be with Katami right now, afraid of what might happen if he wasn't with Katami.

Sen had been silent through the wedding and following events, but finally spoke up, He'll leave us, she said in her whisper of doubt, He'll find someone else and choose...
I don't care, Katami thought at her, This is my choice... and I won't leave him unless he asks me to.
He hugged Akio tighter, "Let me stay by your side," he whispered, then pressed his lips against the older boy's in a small kiss that was meant to be chaste, but Katami found himself licking Akio's lips as they parted, "Let me protect you."

"Katami... I just want to be with you... I can't keep relying on Hikari to protect me from the world itself..." Akio said, before the kiss. After the kiss, Akio was surprised, he didn't want it to stop. It felt so good. "Protect me?..." Akio said, as his sapphire and indigo eyes glistened with happiness, as he was hugged tighter, and he hugged Katami closely in return. The crinkling sound was a bit louder now. Was Akio causing it. What was it anyway?

Sighing tiredly, she goes back to sit down in her seat to relax and sip on her tea that she nearly forgotten after all the events of the day.

Katami smiled, "Of course!" he said, holding tightly onto Akio, "I'll be here for you, for as long as you want me... and even then, I'll still be there for you. This is my choice to be yours."
He heard the crinkling sound, but dismissed it, his only concern at the moment was Akio's happiness, he wanted the sapphire and indigo eyes to always sparkle like that, he wanted to shower Akio with hugs and kisses, so many different feelings were smashing against him now, and this was so very different from the fear and pain he experienced at the harem...
Was it because Akio cared for him too? Was it because Katami chose for himself instead of having it taken?
He didn't know, he didn't care, he snuggled into the elder boy's chest, feeling warm and safe, and hoped that Akio felt just as warm and safe as he did.

Akio smiled cutely, and let Katami snuggle into his chest, he just hoped Mira wouldn't walk in and yell at them, then again, Hikari had finished the rest of the dishes they needed to make. "I'll be yours till the end of time" Akio stated, and Katami would start to feel part of the emotion that Akio was feeling, it wasn't really like a kind of feeling, it was like his subconscious was being told what Akio was feeling at the moment. Katami would notice that Akio felt afraid of the rest of the world, only feeling safe with those who he trusted and loved. The reason was the things that he had been forced to endure in the past, nothing physically harmful... but emotionally shattering.

With a careful step or two, Tomoya had entered the building all stealthy-like, praying to the air that no one had seen him come in. Then again, he shouldn't have been afraid of people seeing him there since he was a social butterfly, after all. He peeked around at everyone, noting the cute warm and fuzzy love feeling that was going around. It made him sick. But his thoughts shouldn't have been allowed onto his face and so he snuck in some food onto a plate and grabbed some tea left out, sniffing it to make sure it was sweet enough for him. Once all was set accordingly, he looked around to see if there was anyone worth his time and noticed the pretty red head from the clinic. Yuki, he thought her name was. Or something. It was along those lines and he didn't in particularly care if he was wrong or not. All he had to do was say a few body melting words and he could possibly have the information he needed like that. Casually, he strolled over to her, his long black cloak swirling around his ankles with each step, and tapped her on the shoulder, awaiting a response from the red head.

Katami felt his eyelids become heavy as Sen placed her hands around the feelings seeping into his self conscious, Sleep, both of you. she whispered, somehow reaching out to Akio as well, I don't trust him yet... he's still going to leave us... but for now, I'll respect your choice Kata.
He smiled, trying his best to shield the older boy from the raw negative emotions that he felt, that the world around them was out to hurt them both.
Katami knew this to be true, nothing Akio had experienced, though traumatizing to the boy, compared to the physical and mental tortures Katami and Sen had once faced.
Don't think of them. Let me protect you both for now, the Aeon said, as her eyes looked out from Katami's and she exerted just enough control to reach up and press her dark chakra against Akio's neck, right under his ear, hoping to have him sleep as well.
She didn't tell Katami why... but there was someone here that she could feel, someone with massive, dangerous, chakra... and these children did not need to go into the fray.
Besides that... she needed to talk to this boy, make sure that he was worthy of her host.
