3nodding First we ended up getting really bad directions and lost for nearly two hours, so we didn't go to the Con at all on Friday night because we were just relieved to get into our room and get some sleep.
Well, last year there were 6, maybe 7 anime rooms and this year only two. They also had a room for LARPing and a table topping room, but they did have that new Pugilance thing this year. However there were only two or three good people kicking everyone else's collective a**.
3nodding The video gaming section this year was larger and better.
whee Um, I don't remember any real panels last year other than a couple little ones on Cel painting and such. This year they had a band (Camino) and a few cool panels. Today they had a two and a half panel with Scott McNeil on voice acting and how to get into the business, preparing a tape, etc.
3nodding They had some really really hot cosplayers last year, and most of the costumes were really well done. This year they were mostly kind of scary, and few costumes looked like they'd spent more than a few hours on them. The Yuna was kind of cute, and Vincent Valentine was really good.
gonk Um... They had two really cool vendors who ended up recieving virtually all of my business. One guy went off and helped me find something from another vendor, and the guy at the other booth had the best and cheapest merchandise and he even cut us some deals because we dealt with him so much. The Asian vendors overpriced everything again.
sweatdrop One of my friends had an art table, and they had this group that sort of kept slowly taking larger and larger portions of that area until it was essentially entirely their people.
