Loki Saimar *nods* If nothing else, I'll see if they'll just let me listen to music while I'm there. It'd be a big help for me - more so than thinking of my familiars (some of whom would be laughing at me for why I had knee surgery *coughDaecough*) or even focusing on the voice of the person working with me. sweatdrop Thanks for the tips. ^_^ I've got no room to complain about my familiars laughing their asses off. My shoulder went bad from a tackle football game 10 years ago. I have managed to break a foot while getting out of bed. It wasn't even a loft-type bed. I was less than 2 feet off the ground. I have also managed to trip and bang my jaw off of a concrete step which resulted in a trip to the emergency room. I didn't break my jaw, I just ended up suffering from TMJ. Basically, I bruised my jaw bone and surrounding muscles to the point I ended up with vicodin for the pain and a soft food diet until I could chew without pain. My familiars still wonder how the hell I manage half the stuff I do that results in copious amounts of pain for me. But, they are there when I need them, so I can stand their teasing and laughter at my foibles.

Its more that I have ADHD and them laughing at me while I'm trying to focus would be slightly disastrous - it nearly always is. sweatdrop

Aww, that's kind of mean. ^^
gonk My nerve pain seems to have kicked up a notch. Not fun. A few seconds after I stand up I get a horrible shooting pain that lasts for about 5-10 seconds.
It sucks.

Loki Saimar o.O I hope they figure out what's going on and soon! o.o Me too. sweatdrop I'm almost certain it's a disc pushing on my nerve. I've got this rather large arch in my back, hereditary actually. >.< Anyhoo, I'm pretty sure that has something to do with it too.
SIN: I pretty much have, which is why I've finally gotten an MRI appointment. It's just procedure or something that it has to be at least 3 months before they book you. This kind of pain can take months to go away, so they just have to make sure.
Crappy system, but its all we got.

All right, guys. I've just been informed that our guild is too dead for the taste of some of the newer members, so what can we do to fix that considering I know a lot of ya'll don't have time till summer to really post here? sweatdrop

Um no, sweatdrop I don't think you are a noob. You commented on them and I just switched topics too quicky like I usually do. redface I have A.D.D and I go through different phases of it all the time. It makes it VERY hard for me to express how I feel, so I usually say nothing. And when I do talk it comes out random..my attention span and memory are crap so sometimes when I can remember a bit more...I talk a lot. Having A.D.D is like 'having the t.v remote stuck on scan in your head and you can't fix it or shut it off'. xp Chels: Um...I have no idea. sweatdrop I try to post when I can every day...

Yeah, exactly. The main thing is to have something of interest for everyone but us oldbies have been together for so long, we've kind of exhausted our genre specific topics. sweatdrop

Its a two way street, the newbies have to post and ASK stuff which helps get the conversations flowing. 3nodding
My poor grandma has a terrible UTI. We went to the doctors yesterday and they gave her medicenes to take and she is doing a bit better. I guess the only thing to do is to drink lots of water, cranberry juice and take the antibiotics. Wish there was something else to do about it. crying
