"Grrrr.... hurk!"

Kasis snapped awake, a stream of drool on the side of his mouth and down his arm. His vision was blurred and it took a moment before he remembered where he was.

"Grrrr.... hurk!!!"

Kasis looked around the room and found it empty. The house seemed empty despite the lively group from last night. He sighed and scratched behind his cat ears. Suddenly his nose picked up a rancid smell. He cringed and tried to find the source. Finally looking at himself he could feel the stentch emenating from himself. He rolled his eyes and looked for his duffel bag. I did leave it in here didn't I? Finally spying it against the wall he ran up to go pick it up.

"Grrr... Hurk i say!!!" (This was his stomach.)

Finally giving in, he raided the fridge one last time and took a small chunk of trout and helped himself to a plate of pasta. With food in hand and his stomach finally satisfied he picked up his duffel bag and made his way out the door. A few steps out, he re entered the kitchen and picked up his cargo hat on the ground then went to the courtyard.

"Well since no one's around, i hope they won't mind if i bathe outside X3"

Kasis set his duffel bag next to his beloved boulder. He took out some clothes and laid it on the grass next to the lake's shore. He stripped his own clothes and hat and tested the water. It was cold but bearable. Kasis filled his lungs with the warm afternoon air and plunged into the pond. He felt his lungs contract slightly and the oxygen was used up quickly. He breached the surface and took a lungful of air. Another reason why he was strange. A cat liking to swim?

After a few more minutes of mindless swimming, he scanned the surrondings for any movement and finding none he quickly jumped out of the pool to his boulder where a towel and clothes awaited him. It would be embarassing to be caught naked. Kasis wrapped the towel around his waist and looked up at the sky. It was such a nice day. He could just sit out here and sleep. But he had some questions on his mind, and a pang of guilt from something. He quickly threw on his clothes and stuffed the dirty ones into his bag. Grabbing his had and leaving his bag by the boulder he ran inside. Upon entering the manor, he heard laughing. He ran toward it.

Kasis slowed his pace as he neared the kitchen door. He put the hat back upon his head snuggly and opened it to Aura laughing at something.

"Um, good afternoon Lady Aura." He seated himself down into a chair. "I, uh wanted to apolgize for my behavior last night. From some info from Saradin though, it seems to be normal. But i feel horrible for disrupting such a fantastic dinner."

eek "Ohmigoodness! A talking canine!!!" He jumped out his chair and slammed his hands down onto the table making Aura's cup jump a bit. Kasis stared at the angelic canine and couldn't believe his eyes. He had heard something talking last night but wasn't sure who was exactly talking.

"Wha-what exactly are you? sweatdrop "

Scary wasn't the word that Kasis had in mind. It was more like....

"AWESOME!!!" Kasis quickly got on the floor and started to pet Eclipse, scatching behind the ears his head, stroking his wings and everything he could do! He had never seen a canine up so close. Coming from a felinius clan, they were sworn enemies. Only did Kasis not see what was so terrible with these creatures.

"Wow! A real life canine, what did you say it was? Wolf? And these wings. Like angel's wings in the human folk lore!"

"Wow, look at these wings..." He stared at them in awe, his hands scratching Eclipse's neck. He turned back to Aura.

"Lady Aura, you said he was created from magic. Are you a sorceress? Or a witch?" If she was then she didn't look like one, or at least a very beautiful one.
