Note: These are my personal views, don't flame at me for it. Only saying this because A)there has been a rampant increase in flameing lately, and B) I are teh modling and will remove your post as soon as I see it. Ignore B, I was joking, but flaming is still not allowed. I know many people will argue with me on this. xp
But... superbowl weekend = Aunts and uncles suddenly saying that there is a party at our house, without asking us first. It also means that I will be on Gaia for 16 hours tomorrow. Ph34r it, for I will be misrable.

Well all i would like to announce to everyone that i am through with this guild many of you dont know me... but i helped build this place with little funds that i had acquired but that aint the point... the point is that when the rp in this guild first started it was intersting and new... but... if i have read correctly to chokins post's we humans that want to remain human cant leave middle earth, we are forced to stay there since we are humans... but then i think to my self well whats the point im a human player and i like playing as a human player... now in our last rp in our last guild our story line was based on the books of Tolkein which turned out very nice for us humans, dwarfs, elfs, wizards, and other species... everyone was happy and satisfied... but when we came here and started this place under new admins leader ships, things changed... For instance we humans can not get to were the elfs go... but yet almost all fighting in middle earth is over... anything we make up just doesnt fell right or sound right... and since random battles cant jsut pop out of now were im kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place the storline is all about elfs that are roleplaying and only a few humans... but when the humans start to make there own story line everyone jumps in and says hey you cant do that and stuff like that... now i understnad the rules and yes some of the things that we do are god modding but what else can we do... so thats why im leaving i know that im not a constant role player but hey my life is very busy and i try to keep up but everyone falls behind... after all not every 17 year olds life is easy... theres school... carrer... jobs.... girls all kinds of things that go on... the only reason i liked this guild in the begging was the fact that sin's story line was excellent based on Tolkein's books... but weve fallen away from that and its all about the Elfs... dont get me wrong Elfs are very strong but yet theres more to Tolkeins books than just the Elfs so thankyou for reading this and sorry for my attitude on this subject and in the guild i hope that one day things will change and more rpers than just elfs will see the same things as i... so once again thankyou and have a nice day... smile

Well... pardon me for butting in, madame Random Modlings, but... why did you join the guild if only to participate in the RP? The guild is about Tolkien, and really, we're lucky that there's an RP at all. It's not a role-playing guild, it's a Tolkien guild. Why not stick around and discuss the subject of the guild even if you're fed up with the role-play?
I'm not trying to start a conflict or anything, I'm just trying to understand. You could have started a Lord of the Rings RP in the Barton Town forum all that... but you joined a guild that didn't technically have to have a role-play. Seems to me you ought to enjoy the other things that our gracious guildmasters offer.
That said, if you're still leaving, let's part in peace. Good luck, yo'. xd

I suppose I'll start with you, Guardian. I'm sorry if it may seem like Chokin and I were too controlling with the RP, because I can guarantee you that it wasn't our intention. The reason we decided that mortals ought to remain in Middle-earth at least for a bit longer is because that's just logical--they just fought a war, lost a lot of men, and cities have been destroyed. Their main focus should be reconstruction, not throwing troops into a fight overseas between Elves, who they probably consider to be deserters. It's not supposed to be just about them, we just thought it'd make sense to have some discussion in Middle-earth on whether or not to go. (And the idea was that some mortals would eventually go.) And I don't blame you for not being as active--hey, we're all busy sometimes. In conclusion...I'm not going to argue with you, if you really want to leave.
And Chokin--I ought to bear most of the blame, so stop beating yourself up about it. We were all fully aware of your being gone frequently, and I didn't take my share of the burden. So take this is my deep apology to anyone involved in the RP; I should be dismodded for this mess. And I just want you to know you'll be dearly missed, Chokin.
