Reuga was lying on a tree branch, he had failed at finding something exciting so he descided to just relaxe. He had his zanpakutou out and he held it out infront of him as he started to talk to it. "Hey O, are you starting to get as bored as I am. I'm very sorry about this, if I wasn't so bad in all of my other subjects besides Hakuda maybe we would be in a squad fighting hollows. I guess I should try hard shouldn't I." Reuga started to laugh, he found it funny that he keeps having these conversations with his zanpakutou for no reason.

May's eyes widened and sparkled at the idea. "Teach me? Really?!" She grinned wide, clasping her hands excitedly in front of her chest. She was so excited, her previous nervousness around the other student had vanished. In fact, she was so excited that it seemed like she was just going to lift off from the ground.

A young man steps within the academy walls, his flowing dark-brown hair moving slightly in a mildly strong warm wind. He clutched his gauntleted hands into fists and then undid them, his knuckles popping in the process. For some reason, his hands felt a little stiff.

His eyes, currently a pale grey in color, scanned the grounds, taking in all the sights. He couldn't believe it. There were so very many students. So many people in one place, and no one was worrying about who held what rank or anything. Even after a millenium and a half, he still hadn't really adjusted to Soul Society life as opposed to that which he led while alive. It was just so vastly different.

His sight was not his only sense at work. As a matter of fact, after about a minute, he shut his eyes entirely. But still, he could see all. The world around him exploded into his head as he expanded his spirit senses. Soul Society was built on soul particles, so he could even make out buildings and everything else when viewing the world like this. But more importantly, he could see the auras of those students, and the occassional teacher. It always made him laugh inside. Some of the smallest people walking around had spirit auras that simply dwarfed those of those around them. Spirit auras had a way of making people look a lot bigger. He could sense the aura of teachers very easily. It wasn't that their auras were huge, because they really weren't. The advancement in spirit power just changed the composition of the aura, actually shrunk it down again. But those auras look and felt different. It was obvious who had the power.

A spirit aura to his right suddenly flared for a second. It was definitely a student's aura. Problem some burst of emotion. Students weren't known for having particularly good control of their spirit force from what he'd heard. After all, that problem was one of the reasons he'd applied. His aura was just too big, too strong, as though trying to compensate for his lack of physical strength, and he couldn't learn to keep it in check on his own.

He opened his eyes again, actually walking now, toying with the upper half of his Shinigami robes, which hung over the belt at his waist, replaced by a black muscle shirt. While weak, and well-aware of it, he did have the muscle tone to get away with it. He quickly spotted the main Academy building and headed in that direction. Man, I hope I didn't already miss Zanpaku-to Advancement....

Kenjutsu 1 is my first class according to the time table I have. Things would be so much easier if the buildings had signs in large letters. "Anybody know where I can find the kenjutsu class?!?" I must be making a total fool of myself here...

May's smile immediately faded at th arrival of so many people. She felt crowded already. She practically jumped when the teacher landed beside her. After a bit of and obvious startled wide-eyed stare, she blinked her eyes closed and fell over into a bow. "Hello, my name is Ayashi May. It's a pleasure to meet you all." she said, trying her best to keep her words slow and steady.
