She had drank all the blood from the flask and remained under the tree. To her, it seemed Kyo was asleep, but she knew he deserved the rest and smiled softly at him. How he got the blood to fill the flask with, she did not know, she was almost afraid to ask, even if she was or not, she kept her mouth shut. Letting out a small yawn, she remained sitting beneath the tree and waited for Lin sadly.

Ranae awoke and instantly regretted it. Her whole body ached and flashed with pain after even the slightest of movements. She moaned softly, feeling around for her seeing cane. It was nowhere to be found. She had no idea where she was, but she could faintly hear rough voices uttering to eachother. Dwarves? Ranae sat up slowly, her head punding. She breathed in a long ragged breath only to cough and sputter violently, which only caused her body more pain. Her pale skin was flecked with bruises all over.

She had still been sitting under the tree nearly falling asleep occasionally waiting for Lin to come to get her. She sighed softly and kept her back propped against the tree trunk. Her golden gaze scanned the area around her, including Kyo who was sleeping next to her. She smiled a little and rested her head on her knees when she tucked them up to her chest. "Lin where are you??"

Ranae hunched over, hugging her aching body. Someone had removed her shirt to replace it with bandages going all the way down her chest and torso. By the way her breaths came raggedly and shallow, she suspected she had bruised or pehaps cracked some ribs. Without her cane to guide her, she was stranded to the bed she was laying in. She did not know her way around the dwarven caves.

She worried about Lin personally, since he wasnt around her that much. It seemed he was always off...doing more important things and leaving her behind. She sighed sadly and moved closer to Kyo to feel safer while looking around herself. She wished her older brother was with her, she would at least feel better, but the only person she had was Kyo at the moment.

She heard Lin's voice and immediately sprang from where she sat and ran to him. When she was close enough she threw her arms around him in a big hug. She was near the point of crying, being scared from not having anyone around to help her and thats all she wanted was help. Not being able to hold back any longer, a small sob escaped her mouth, and her tears began to fall.

She muffled nother sob and stood next to him looking down at the ground. She merely nodded her head to what he said and swallowed hard. It was hard for her to get on without him.
