I'm fairly certain that it was an inside reference to the A-Team, as he'd named one of the pieces B.A. Barracus and Dwight Schultz was an actor in The A-Team, playing Howlin' Mad Murdock who was a sort of unintentional antagonist to B.A. But still, it's an awesome scene/quote.
