Turning to Gaara, she opened her mouth...but maybe NOW wasn't a good time.

The red head nodded taking the net from her hand. His fingers lightly brushed her hand as he grasped the net. "Thanks." he said looking at the fish swimming. He saw a small blue one and decided to grab it. His hand was a flash, grabbing the fish. "Bag Sakura." he said, short and crisp.

"HE caught one too. It's fate..."
Sakura grabbed the bag and let him drop it inside, accidently giving him the bag with her big red goldfish.
"Oops, I gave you my bag...hehe."

The Kage smiled slightly. "Here, you can keep my fish as well as yours." Gaara told her hading her the bag that was in his hand as well. "Would you like something to eat now?" The red head said, leading her along to another group of stalls

"Really? I can keep them both? Thanks!" Sakura siad happily as she looked at the fishes swimming around. "They're so cute!"
Replying to Gaara's question Sakura looked at him with her large, green eyes. "Sure, I could go for some food."
That's when her stomach growled like it did the first time Gaara asked her to eat lunch with. "Okay, maybe I could reeeeally go for some food."

A small smile appeared on his face. "Ok, I think there are some stands this way." He said, taking her hand gently and leading her to the food stalls.
He could smell the food before he had even reached the stalls. Gaara's teal orbs scanned the stalls where the food was. "What do you want to eat?" Gaara asked his pink haired friend.

Sakura sniffed round, and eagerly pointed to a nearby stand.
"There, I see fried octopus dumplings on sticks."

Gaara's eye's narrowed. He had never before had octopus dumplings, and it didn't sound apatizing. But once again, he would humble himself and try them for Sakura's sake.
"Ok, and they look..interesting." He commented as they got closer to the stall.

((Octopus dumplings are a common food in Japan. I don't know why Gaara hasn't eaten them.)) "Two helpings, please!" Sakura said to the stall owner. The owner nodded and began frying the dumplings in front of them.
"Hey, you're with Lord Kazekage?"

Gaara didn't say anything as the question wasn't directed at him. He mearly watched at the balls got fried up over the fire.

Sakura giggled and simply nodded at the cook, who was smiling back. When he finished, Sakura looked in her pockets for her money.
"Gaara, I'll pay for my own."

He shook his head, money already on the table. "I got it Sakura. Its fine." He said, with a soft smile. Gaara nodded to the stall owner.

Sakura blushed slightly and looked to the side, waiting for Gaara to pay. Sakura had worked herself some money for the festival; she didn't expect to go there with Gaara at first!
"A-are you sure?"

Gaara nodded. "Of course I"m sure." He said as the shop owner took the money that was on the counter. The older man smiled at the two, as the food was being prepared.
"It won't take long.." he said.

"H-hai." Sakura nodded at the cook and looked at Gaara. No sooner has her face reddened, she turned away again. It's not like she wanted to look at Gaara. It was kind of awkward to be with him, since she hadn't heard from him a month. But still, her heart pounded when he was near...
