...and again, you're correct. But Nebachadnezzar II was more like the Ceasar of Mesopotamia. ^_^ Nice try though. rofl

1 Point to Rhiannon!

Takin' a break for a day. I'll post again tomorrow with some more brain twisters.

Q: In what religious text mentions the House of Pergamum?

2X: What did the Mayans call the harvest season?

The Bible would have sufficed, but the Book or Revelations is in the bible so...half a point. XD

To be honest, I didn't know there WAS a Mayan harvest. But since you've tried, I give Rhiannon 1 point!

*slaps hands together*

Alrught, I guess that I should post something in here, being the guy that asks you all questions and such. Here it goes.

Q: Other than both being Greek myths, what do the stories of Oedipus Rex and Medea have in common? Try to philosophical *hint hint*

This is next one is more of an opinion: Do you think that I should make another thread dedicated to you asking me questions, instead of me always asking? Much input would be appreciated. ^_^

EDIT: The "Hint hint" refers to 2 great philosophical guys by the names of Sigmund Frued and Carl Jung.

Fine, if no one's gonna answer it, I'll tell, but no one gets the point.

A: They're both a psycological complex to have. (The Oedipus Complex, The Medea Complex)

Now, for a retro-question. This was the very first question I've asked as a member of the guild:

What is the name of the god/goddess of suicide in Roman lore?

Best...search result...ever...

I want to say Mars, but I doubt it.

Wrong, and wrong.

As it seems that some people are having a few issues with the name, I'll give you a hint.

It's a goddess.

I'm also gonna say Dia Dea it's the only other I can think of.

Nope, but nice try. ^.^

I'll tell you all.

Her name is Arria. Her husband was sentenced to death, he was afraid to die and so she took the knife he was to take his life with and stabbed herself through the belly. She then looked at him, giving him the blade stating "It doesn't hurt."

Take a break for the holidays. ^__^

Happy Christmahannukwanzidon!

Christmahannukwanzidonstice. xp

I've never heard of Arria and the internet has turned up no similar search.
